GoogleSandra and Jason were absolutely amazing, my short was very brief but especially Sandra went above and beyond to help me out. Incredible experience, really the best storage unit place I’ve used

GooglePatrick and Kelsey in Hove Branch of Big yellow Hove branch have been very helpful and supportive with my check in. Though I booked storage in Oxford branch, they kindly went out of there way to help me with remote check in in Hove Branch as it was difficult for me to go to Oxford in person.

GoogleFirst class service in all respects. Patrick was very efficient and friendly, and listened carefully in sorting out the best storage for my circumstances. The venue is modern, and the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Really pleased.

GoogleJason and Patrick are both absolute stars. Jason I spoke to initially on the phone and he was super friendly and helpful, put me at ease right away and made the whole thing extremely easy. Then Patrick checked me in, he was really knowledgeable and just a bloody good bloke!! Both of them deserve a pay rise and some major credit. Thanks guys!!!! Your bud in K7

GoogleSo I finished working through the items that I had placed in storage and came to the end of my agreement. Throughout every step of the way Sam and Michelle have been fabulous. Kind and friendly they both not only remember your name but previous conversations. Thoroughly professional and at the same time explain everything in a way that makes it so easy to follow. I cannot recommend them enough if you have anything to store - downsizing storage rooms could not have been easier. To Sam and Michelle - than you so very much for all your help - you're awesome :)
