GoogleCheck in was quick and the staff explained everything well, showed me to the room and gave me all of the necessary information. Place was clean and seemed very secure. Trolleys of various sizes were available for use to move the boxes into the room. All good. Seems expensive to me having never used storage before, but needs must!

GoogleCost went up 30% once they tell you the insurance is mandatory and was not factored in.
Hi Jean-Baptiste Thank you for leaving a review. We try to be transparent with all costs including the insurance and this should have also been communicated to you by the store team. If you would like to discuss this further please do contact the team at Bow. The Big Yellow Team

GoogleIts been a while since I used the this Big Yellow but only just getting round to leaving this review. Twice I've had to use them for house moves at short notice during personally very stressful times. The staff were fantastic in getting everything set up which enabled us to get into the unit without any fuss. The last time I needed a bigger space than I anticipated and it was all sorted with no issues. They even automatically quickly returned money for staying less time than I had paid for in advance. Will happily recommend and use them again, thanks!

GoogleGet quotes mandatory no price listing. Get quotes mandatory to start spamming emails i hate this kind of mental harassment . Just put your price list for any size and going to be simple

GoogleSuper service right from the beginning. Felt personal, customised, obviously isn't but made to feel valued. Had to delay for a day, no problem! When we did turn up, the Guys on reception were welcoming, efficient and helpful (even providing a bucket with water as there had been some spillage on our journey). The storage facility itself is clean, run well, safe and secure , Thank you. Hamza, Nadir, David.

GoogleDropped into the store today to check in remotely into the Birmingham store. As I was moving from London to Birmingham. Karen and Andy were very helpful and liased with the other store to get me checked in, and take my payment. Karen secured me out of hours access on the day so I could move all my stuff in. She also had already finished her shift and stayed overtime to help me out. Great customer service!!
