The check in process is too tedious.. You could be more specific about the documents you need to see so you don’t send potential clients back home…

I've gone into the Croydon branch on the 10th August and I was seen by Daniel with his amazing and outstanding customer service. He explained everything well enough detail about renting out a storage unit.

Having made a mistake on my on-line booking I had to contact the office for some assistance. The gentleman was so help and corrected my mistake without any fuss. When we went to sign the paperwork the same gentleman was on reception. He was incredible! So helpful. Explained everything clearly and couldn’t be more helpful. Colchester North Station Depot.

Exceeded my expectations. As long as you check in online, the moving in process is very quick and efficient. Good prices too. The facilities are clean, tidy, air-conditioned and secure, and I found my stuff in the same condition as I left them. The check out process and the refund procedure for any unused days were very quick and efficient, and I got my refund in just two days. They do try to sell you some extras though (£14 padlock, £7 dust sheet) so see if you can bring your own.
