GoogleOne of the better storage facilities in Brighton as far as service goes, and I should know as I visit them all frequently when helping customers store and retrieve their things. Can’t comment on their prices but friendly staff, conveniently located, and well equipped.

GoogleWe had to arrange storage at the last minute. We were very tired and stressed and Charlie was amazing!! He was extremely helpful and understanding. We were in a rush and he was so efficient and even stayed late to ensure we could store our items that day!

GoogleGreat service from Big Yellow Storage Croydon and West Norwood. I had an initial check in with Daniel at Croydon who was very friendly and took the time to help fill out all the paper-work. Unfortunately when I came to move in out-of-hours, I had an issue and couldn't move in as expected to my storage unit. The following day, Paula at Big Yellow Croydon was extremely sympathetic and listened to the issue that I'd had when moving in. Paula explained how she could help and contacted West Norwood on my behalf. When moving into the storage unit at West Norwood, I was helped by Gemma who was fantastic. She swiftly took me through the process and took the time and care to help me. I found everyone working at both sites friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful and they enjoyed working for the company. I was super impressed by the ethos of the company being lived by the people who work there. I cannot fault Big Yellow Storage and they are my number one storage company.

GoogleBeen a costumer for more than half a year, and today came to check out, I thought it would be a very long and tedious process, but Paula (very politely and cheerfully) made it super fast, simple and easy. Very satisfied with the service here, and if I ever need storage again, this will be my first choice.

GoogleThe onboarding service was absolutely flawless. From booking via phone to signing the contract to actually moving everything in, the team was brilliant at every step of the way. Paula, Danny and Mark made our experience so much easier and friendlier than I would have possibly expected from a self-storage place.

GoogleOur Business has used the Chester Storage now for the last 5/6 years . We have a large storage room in the building . Building is secure and clean . Never had any issues . Would recommend any small business to have their storage here . Plus the 2 Jeff’s and Martin cannot do enough for you when asked . A very friendly working environment.
