GoogleWas great until they couldn't answer the phone (days in a row) to deal with direct debit payments they did not collect. Taking £20 a time for their error. Nice Note all the 5* reviews comes from people who don't post more than a few times....

GoogleService was so wonderful! The phone was answered very quickly and both employees that I spoke with were so lovely and kind! Ended up not needing the storage unit, but the service was so great.

GoogleCan't recommend this place enough, really good on price, but don't spam you with lots of emails and calls. The online induction and checking-in worked really well, sensible pricing for insurance and lock, so again no hidden 'extras' and when I arrived Gary was amazing on the front desk, completing check-in quickly, as well as explaining how everything worked, letting my movers in and showing me the unit. Brilliant service end to end.

GoogleWe had to use yellow box for storage after selling our parents house after their passing. . Helpful and accommodating from the start. We were able to downsize when we needed less room and extend when weren’t ready to empty. Big shout out to Paulina for helping us along the way. You were very helpful.

GoogleThe staff at Beckenham Big Yellow are very friendly and helpful. I personally dealt with Karen and Andy and they were absolutely lovely and sorted out everything I needed quickly and with no troubles.
