GoogleAlways helpful people there. Handy location especially with 3 van hire locations 5 mins walk away and a train station. Means I can have colleagues go grab things 24hrs a day even if they are on public transport or need to hire a van.

GoogleAlthough I'm not necessarily a fan of the long online check in process, I have to admit employees are nice, helpful and the complex seems clean and safe

GoogleMy initial contact was via telephone with a very helpful agent. I then went on to the site in Bromley where I met Richard who was exceptionally helpful and provided great customer service.

GoogleExcellent storage facility with great staff. They were accommodating and understanding of turbulent travel circumstances. Provided supererogatory support throughout the duration. I know that other storages wouldn’t have bothered to do so.

GoogleI’ve been a customer of this branch of Big Yellow for over two years now. When I needed a storage solution after moving home for all the extra ‘possessions’ that I didn’t have room for I went to see them and discussed my needs. The staff were really helpful and attentive, understanding what I wanted and getting me a highly competitive quote. I didn’t need to look elsewhere as they had just what I needed. Moving in was very easy and I have been back regularly to rotate and check on my stored possessions. Always tidy, the lifts work and the building is easy to get to. When I needed to upgrade my requirements a year later the staff were again very helpful and got me the deal I needed. I can not recommend their facility and service enough to anyone looking for a storage solution in the area.
