I am Australian and I used this storage while I went travelling around Europe prior to living in London. I picked this location as it is an easy commute from London and much cheaper than anywhere in central London. Overall it was very affordable and much cheaper than shipping a suitcase. Even after I had it in storage for 20 weeks. Service was really friendly and helpful. Only thing to be mindful that I wasn’t aware of was extra costs of insurance that is required, however I was able to get this via third party for very cheap. Would definitely recommend this for anyone moving to London.

The service, little information to the customer, very rude, they say it's x per day but they immediately charged 300 pounds and then returned it, like they gave me the padlock I used the store for a week I went down and didn't change the padlock but they also didn't ask to pick it up, like the payment was made on my son's card they said he had to go there and collect the deposit when he was charged another week because the padlock had been left in the door. In short, I don't recommend it
