GoogleMy experience with Big Yellow Customer Service Desk on site (Brighton branch) was superb. I was confused, overwhelmed and stressed out when I got there and their help was outstanding.
4/5
GoogleVery good experience overall - the only downside is they don't tell you that they can offer self storage insurance and we were told to get our own before coming. Then they said the one we got from Surewise isn't accepted by them. So it would be helpful to know in advance and maybe they can recommend some self-storage insurers. Their insurance is too expensive when storing empty suitcases.

GoogleUnfortunately very bad costumer service and rude staff members. Unfortunately this is my first bad experience with Big Yellow, but I hope the other branches will have better teams than this one.

GoogleExtremly overprice, can easily find way better storages in the same area with cheaper price, they don't even have trash service!

GoogleFirstly google maps doesn’t directly you well On arrival it’s not clearly laid out or marked out . The staff are not the most communicative bunch either. Maybe it was because I was already disconcerted due to the run up to arrival, but not a great experience for me. I’d resolve the mapping issues and then sign post everything clearly if it were my business.
