GoogleExcellent service from the team in Hove - Patrick, Jason & Kelsey. Very highly recommended!

GoogleWe've just moved to Hove and brought far too much stuff for our downsizing. Patrick was very helpful and patient as he carefully explained all the options and took me through the paperwork. He gave me a choice of storage units and even after I was "in" he continued to help me when I had silly problems. I haven't had a direct request from Big Yellow for a review but thought I should anyway give a public thank you to Patrick and the team at Hove. My only potential negative is the high cost after the initial period but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

GooglePatrick & Charlie were super helpful and could not have made my experience any better. Thank you guys!

GoogleWow service from Maddie. Great mixture of efficiency and friendliness. made an otherwise stressful process fun and pleasant.
4/5
GoogleNever having used storage before , Tracey helped make the process easy, explained everything fully and clearly in a friendly and professional manner and guided me through the moving in process. Nothing seemed to be a bother and any queries about having to upsize to a larger storage room at a later date were answered fully. Liked the cleanliness and order of the storage area , which looked as though it was well maintained. Even after only 2 visits to Big Yellow at Bankhead, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it . It's 4 stars for now, but only because I've yet to really use the facility.

GoogleAs a woman on my own, this was my 1st experience with a storage company. I was anxious and very apprehensive. Paula & Daniel were exceptional. I was offered an absolutely phenomenal service. I felt safe, reassured and well informed. Brilliant company. Highly recommended.
