Great service from the mortgage advisor Peter Walker and also from fellow team member Claire. Peter was so helpful throughout the whole process and made it as stress free as possible. Great communication and always responded to queries really quickly, and even managed to get me a better deal on the mortgage after the initial application! Would highly recommend.

Unprofessional and illegal practices. I was told i had to obtain a mortgage in principle from their in house mortgage broker before i could view a property even though i already have a mortgage in principle from my broker. The staff i spoke to was condescending and rude.

Great service from Peter Walker and Claire. Peter was the broker for the purchase. He offered excellent service through out the process. He was always available to answer questions and provide support where some elements of the process got challenging. GooglePlease add a phone number to talk to a support human. It is so frustrating dealing with chat box…. If anyone else uses REX and is finding the lack of support an issue please rate one star. Perhaps they will start paying attention to customers and add a phone number with a real human.

GoogleTerrible support! While the software is ok and probably has potential, the whole system is hindered by the lack of support. The sales rep sold us the dream and left us high and dry. Support is via an annoying chat bot chat interface inside the app, support sucks and take too long to respond. Most of the time, they'll tell you that someone will call you back but as you can image agents are on the phone all day and typically need to return phone calls. As there is no dedicated number to call this is annoying! I'm now looking for an alternative with a PHONE NUMBER. Until then 1-star matey!
