Fantastic service from Balgores and Ricky Nelson

Fantastic service from Balgores and I don't say this lightly. I primarily dealt with Ricky Nelson from the Chelmsford branch who was superb selling my late Nans park home. What started out at being a straightforward sale after 2 weeks turned complicated with the buyer having a number of issues to contend with from the sale of their own property. Ricky Nelson ended up getting very involved with the buyer and really in my mind made pushed the sale through which otherwise would have failed. Well done Ricky and many thanks indeed. 5 star service...

Bought my first property through Balgores and was pretty terrible from start to finish. I had 4 viewings with them before picking my purchase property and the agents were late and uninformed on every viewing. On one viewing, the agent Ross did not even know how to get out of the property. I would not have picked my property if the seller was not present on the viewing, as the agents knew nothing and the seller had to answer all my questions. Sean insisted I pay for the private survey in order for them to take the property off the market, which it then took them over a week, and pressure from my solicitors to do so. Dealing with them throughout the coronavirus pandemic, they showed little to no care for this or personal circumstances due to this. Once completed, the agents also did not even get the keys correctly so on my completion day (which should have been celebratory) I could not even access the property. Avoid at all costs if possible.

I was really impressed with Balgores

I was really impressed with Balgores - they managed a sale and purchase for me. They were tenacious, engaging and went above and beyond what I expected from an agent. I had several buyers drop out and they managed to get new ones within a week allowing me to keep the house I was purchasing through them as well. My sale and purchase took 10 months! but they did not give up and did everything they could to help secure my new home. My agent Sean was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and would message in the evenings and weekend as soon as he had an update so I felt constantly in the loop with what was going on and supported through what was a very stressful process! I would highly recommend Balgores Romford.

Sarah is excellent at sales progression and updates. She speaks to agents in the chain to expedite the conveyancing process and assists the conveyancers to get the exchanges through as quickly as possible.
