Finding somewhere to live and moving is never a straight forward or easy process and this will be my fourth rental in the past five years and first in the New Forest. The service I have received from Austin and Wyatt has been exceptional. From initial enquiry, through to viewing and setting up the tenancy each member of the Lettings Team have been outstanding. In particular the service provided by Bonnie is setting up the necessary steps in advance of the move. With a stress free move day already planned I cannot rate the service of the team more highly than this five star review.

hi, had no success with two agents so was told to take it off for a week, had a professional photographer come and do photos. they actually increased the price by £4500 and they sold it on the weekend. went on the internet on Tuesday afternoon. i didn't expect it to happen truthfully however we actually exchanged yesterday and complete next Friday. enjoy the bubbly lads!

I was on the market with purplebricks for roughly 10 weeks and i didn't have much success or much communication which was quite disappointing as i had been promised the complete opposite. I had a knock on my door from Ben asking me if i was looking in the area for properties to buy of which i'm not, however his pro-activity was quite impressive, so much so i asked him if he had any sold properties in my road recently, we had a good discussion and long story short, we agreed to work together. i was visited by Kerry and Ben and then also a professional photographer who arranged the measurements and brochure which was really impressive. I was asked to go into the office to meet the team and agree the details which i did, this is when i met Chris who subsequently sold my property. The funny thing is that they actually achieved over asking price and i don't know whether it was down to the effort they put in, or the marketing but it just seemed to work. i would definitely recommend the Bournemouth team if anyone is wanting a real agent to sell their home.

Me and my partner have recently purchased our first home through Austin wyatt at the start through the viewing process David Todd White was amazing answered every question we had during the viewing process which was amazing. Then the customer service got even better when going through all the paperwork and completion stage senior branch manager Kyle Nichols was excellent nothing was too much to ask and updated me and my partner throughout the whole process.
