GoogleArikson was great to work with when we made our initial offer but once we were passed to the sales progression team things became much more difficult. They were continuously saying things like ‘yep will get right on that’ and then ignoring me for a month.

GoogleBooked for a property valuation. My tenant took time off work. They didn't show up because the tenant didn't pick up her phone to 'reconfirm' the already confirmed appointment because she was working. They did not explain that they would not show up, nor even mention that appointments needed reconfirming after initially confirming them. When my tenant called their office to rebook, they were rude to her despite her taking time off work and them not showing up to their appointment. A waste of everybody's time.

GoogleRowan worked tirelessly to help us get our flat purchase over the line. We had extra viewings, had some rubbish removed from the flat after we asked him to, and he answered every email promptly. He even drove to meet us, after 5pm to hand over the keys when we couldn't find parking! what a star!

GoogleAcorn Group and Beth, in particular, were absolutely fantastic in helping me sell my property. Beth was the only estate agent who was realistic on price from the outset (all of the other estate agents I spoke to exaggerated the price so I would pick them to sell the property). Beth (along with her colleagues) managed to get the property sold very quickly and was extremely responsive and proactive while the property was being sold and during the lawyer process to formalise the sale. She is also a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Acorn group over other estate agents!

GoogleThe real estate agent Mr. Olatunde Ogungbadare was very helpful and friendly right from the beginning. From the very first time we met, he connected with us, wifey and myself and genuinely expressed interest in our search after narrating our past experiences. After showing us the flat, we were hesitant and wanted to view other places. However Mr. Olatunde encouraged us to look at the long term and offered us some wonderful ideas. Few days after, we decided to go ahead and started the process. Everything went smooth in the beginning till we encountered an unfortunate bump on our part due to a typo. It almost derailed everything and this is where Mr. Olatunde went the extra distance to work with us. On his day off, Mr. Olatunde offered to meet with us in his office and sorted out every detail. It was very stressful but he patiently took it upon himself to get over the bump to get us the flat. By Gods Grace, eventually everything worked out and we finally got the flat. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Mr. Olatunde. We are very grateful.
