Very professional service from the sales team especially Stephanie with excellent support from Matt the manager. We were constantly updated after viewings which were arranged and prepared for in a thorough and competent manner. I would have no hesitation what so ever in recommending Matt and his team in the Grove Park office. Thank you

A very professional service from beginning to end. I want to thank Matt and James for their support at a very difficult time. Matt was the most prepared and interested estate agent of the 3 i asked to look at my property and gave very good advice regarding the sale. A buyer was found within a day of marketing and the sale completed in record time. thank you

I booked a viewing and I travelled more than 1 hour, I was at the property the time we agreed 1 day before, but nobody turned up so I called them they said somebody made an offer already. So I was soon disappointed!
Hi Barna...sorry to hear this. I cant seem to find your details on our system. Could you tell me what the property address is please? Thanks. Andrew

I would like to thank Acorn team for helping us letting a wonderful apartment. Throughout the entire process (which we initially thought was going to be rather stressful although in the end was straightforward and simple thanks to Acorn), the team has been proactive in helping us finalizing the deal very rapidly. Thank you, Acorn! Would definitely pass our recommendation further on!

I had a very positive experience with Acorn. They were very effective in helping me get into the property I wanted and the whole process was quick and transparent. The staff was also very supportive and friendly. Looking forward to work with them in the future. Many thanks!

I phoned Acorn Estates June 2016 originally calling them for a valuation with the thought of selling 2017. They were very professional (Ed Hall being the man) and gave me advice and valuation without any hassling. A few months later we decided to sell up earlier than expected. I called Ed again and from that moment on everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and all staff involved (Ed, John and Lawrence being the main ones) were very professional, yet friendly and 'human' at all times. A bit of a hiccup delayed our house sale but this was from no fault of Acorns, in fact they were very professional and did more than expected to help us through it all. We are now settled in our new home and couldn't fault Acorn in any way and would highly recommend them.

Acorn made purchasing our first home a not so stressful experience, they assisted all the way through the purchase, explaining all details of what happening. Couldn't have asked for a better Estate Agent - Jonathan Colin. Would recommend. :)

We found our perfect house through Acord Dartford Branch and we thought the process will be stressful and complicated, but it proved to be the opposite with this company. From the moment we started discussing about the house until the collection of the keys they were just amazing! They always kept me updated, especially Laurence and Ed Hall from Dartford branch were always just a phone all away and nothing seemed too much to ask. I had the pleasure to buy my first house with just few bumps along the way which in no case was their faults anyway, but even then, they have proved they know what they were doing and they even domes second survey themselves with the sellers on our lenders request! (Who in these days would do that?) As a final note, I just wanted to recommend them with all my heart, as they were just great throughout! Great people, great experience, and just a pleasure having to deal with serious and dedicated people! Keep doing what you are doing! Best regards, Mihaela

Very positive experience with Acorn. Felt that they were genuinely trying to get the best price for our house and came across better than other agents we spoke to. Made an exceptional effort to take good photos of the house and the results were impressive.

The Acorn team have been very hands on and professional and helped us to sell our house quickly and smoothly. After trying to sell with a different estate agent and getting nowhere, Acorn were a breath of fresh air. A big thank you to Ed Hall for answering all our questions and keeping us updated all the way. I can't recommend this estate agents enough.

I have been thoroughly impressed by the highly professional and attentive service offered by the Acorn team. I asked Acorn to assist me as sole agent with the sale of my late father's property, and the staff dealt with a potentially distressing situation with compassion and tact. I was confident at all stages of the sale in the ability of the team to keep things on track, and all dealings with the buyer were conducted in a respectful and constructive manner. As I had hoped and anticipated , this level of professionalism led to a very satisfactory conclusion for all parties involved in the sale. I would not hesitate to seek the assistance of Ed Hall and his team in the future. Highly recommended.

I thought Acorn were really first class and could not have asked for more. They were really professional throughout the sale of my property and kept me informed on the progress of the sale, a really good team and would definitely recommend them should the occasion arise. Many thanks to you Ed and your team.

I cannot recommend them highly enough! After looking at plenty of houses and after speaking to lots of different estate agents about our budget, needs and expectations, etc. as first timer buyers’ last year, the team at Acorn in Dartford, particularly Ed, Jon and Mark really stood out to us in terms of service, professionalism and know how. They went above and beyond for my partner and I and our family and were only ever a phone call or email away if I had a question, they always kept us up to date and gave us plenty of advice on timings for everything and what to expect, etc. We had a couple of hiccoughs along the way (which were neither Acorn’s fault nor ours) but they helped resolve them for us and we got our dream home in the end. They did an amazing job! Thank you.

Acorn did a gas safety check ONE DAY before our move in date and it turned out the boiler was unsafe so we had no heating or hot water for the first four days, it was February. Place was filthy when we moved in (it was even in the check in report that there was mold, soap scum etc) and seeing as they charge each tenant for cleaning before you even move in I was absolutely fuming. I moved out of the property exactly 24 days ago and I am yet to receive my deposit back even though the landlord has authorised the full amount to be returned to me. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and will taking further action. Their professionalism and general ability to do their jobs to a satisfactory standard is well lacking and I cannot wait to get my deposit back so I don't have to deal with them any longer.

Complete and utter time wasters. Was selling my property with Acorn Lewisham and accepted a verbal offer which I asked to be put in writing to me and also buyers details for my solicitor. Had to keep chasing for this and was fobbed off with excuses for nearly three weeks until the agent finally admitted they had no details from the so called buyer apart from their name. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. If you are thinking of selling avoid these at all costs, they acted like a bunch of amateurs.

I am not usually one to write reviews, positive or negative, but after having such a great experience with Acorn at Forest Hill, I feel the need to let people know about their exceptional customer service. From the outset, I found Acorn professional and easy to deal with; especially compared to other local agents I had been unfortunate enough to have to deal with. Jonathan Mook was excellent, always keeping me up to date on the market and showing me exactly the type of properties I had asked for. When we found the right one, I felt he was open and honest in the negotiation and he also helped me find solicitors who were excellent and a mortgage broker who got me a cheaper mortgage rate. Glen Maher, the manager, then did the sales progression. I was always fully kept up to speed on what was going on, and when I didn't understand something Glen would always take the time to explain everything in full. Glen has a fantastic team there and I cannot thank them enough for making what is usually a painful, long and drawn out process into a genuinely pleasant experience. In case you had not guessed it, I highly recommend this particular branch of Acorn.

We had an awful experience with Acorn and its two salesmen: Keith Suttle and Yil Sherif. We were in a chain which included buying a 3 bedroom new-build in Brockley through them. Our buyer had a delay with their mortgage and without informing us - and despite the fact that we had paid a £2K holding deposit - Acorn put the property back on the market (without telling us). When we noticed this on Rightmove they assured us they would not be showing anyone around or selling it but re-marketing it as a precaution purely to reassure their client. They assured us that the house was sold to us. However, within a week we saw online that the house was under offer! This is despite the fact that even if our buyer had pulled out we would have been able to let out the flat we were selling and purchase the Brockley property. However, they never gave us the opportunity to use this plan B. They simply dumped us without even having the courtesy or professionalism to let us know and, three months later, have not returned our £2k deposit. When we rang them to try and find out what was happening them they did not even have the guts or decency to take our call. Suddenly they were "busy" and of course never rung us back when we left a message. We are young family and had behaved impeccably throughout the process, constantly keeping them informed and being very quick with our paperwork. We had set our hearts on this house as our first proper family home and didn't deserve to be treated in this fashion. Aside from the disappointment of losing the house, we have lost almost £3,000. I hope that other people read this and can avoid the experience we had. Keith and Yil will be all "sweetness and light" if you are a prospective client but they have absolutely no morality whatsoever and will drop you like a stone if they think there is a bit more commission in it for them. They recommended we use a particular solicitor firm. What they "forgot" to mention was that they actually received a £500 commission for referring us, something which (if we had completed) would have come out of our pockets, and something which they did not disclose and we only found out subsequently from the solicitor. A more dishonest and unprofessional pair, you could not meet.

I went in and asked simple question. Woman sitting there got puzzled on her face and has done everything to get rid of me as soon ash she realised I don't want to jump out with my pocket full of notes. Very bad service.
