GoogleAndzelika Lesniak was the Assistant Lettings Manager at Acorn Dartford who asstited me regarding Lettings. She was very thorough throughout the process and also explained the process step by step by making sure I understood everything, which was very helpful and very much appreciated especially for an individual doing this for the first time can be very daunting. Would definitely recommend Andzelika for her thorough, professional and also very friendly service.

Googleour experience with Acorn was good untill on the day when we went to collect the keys from Dartford branch , it was Saturday just before mid day , door was locked , rang plumstead / eltham branch to find out the reason and they couldnot get hold of Dartford branch and couldnot help . we were so panicking .because we had arranged our booking with the removal company for the same day @ 4.p.m we were waiting at the door step and after around 45 mins a lady turned up to unlock the door and she was not even apologetic which we found really unprofessional .I mean there were no notice on the door , so how could anyone assume that some one will definitely be turning up !! we were waiting as we didnot have any option :) you guys should be really careful . GoogleHad a bid accepted on a property and was instructed to put forward my mortgage and conveyance details. Did so and then was contacted by Acorn that the vendor had accepted another offer. Wasted my time and money. Do not trust this estate agent. Will not use again

GoogleAbove 5 stars. The word excellent is not enough. Everyone is so polite and always eager to help. When trying to rent a house all the procedures went just so smooth. Everyone who works there is very friendly, when you walk in through the door you feel very welcomed. The lovely atmosphere and the excellent service is just so impressing. In the past we have tried many Agencies and this one is definitely the best one out there. Thank you so so much to the Acorn Estate Agents for all the help.
