Dear Sir/Ma, I have just visited one of your new foreign tenants this morning in Middlesbrough. It’s Heartbreaking to note that none of your staff could even run him through on how to operate those appliances in the apartment whereas, he (Mr Mark Obasi) had paid you in full for this service and up to 6 months in advance because he is new in the country. This is extremely shameful and sad, that a whole Estate Agent with world class status such as REEDS RAINS ESTATE AGENT,could not live up to standard. Your customer service ratings on this matter is nothing but zero. Thanks Amb. AY.

We had a great customer service experience in dealing with the Reids Rains staff in Middlesbrough and in particular the advice, professionalism and very friendly manner from Christine Newell. Our telephone calls and queries were always returned promptly. This culminated in the successful sale of our house. I would totally recommend using Reids Rains Estate Agents in future.

A gent from their office called Ted showed us around an empty property, he arrived on time and was happy for us to spend as long as needed. I would be more than comfortable should I sell a house in the future having Ted / reeds rains act on our behalf as the service that he supplied was excellent.

Appalling service at an important time.

After asking for a valuation after the death of my mother I was told an online estimation could be done. After a week I heard nothing. On ringing them on the morning of seeing the solicitor, I rung to ask if it was lost. I was told "oh yes, it's in Dave's diary. Would you like him to email it tomorrow!I said that would be too late. The lady simply told me " ok, thank you, bye"Not even close to the kind of service I expected from the company who came top in my Google search. Obviously i will go out of my way to ensure no one I, or my family knows ever uses this estate agent.
