Bought and sold a few times now with your move and wouldn't think of using anyone else....Sharon was my contact throughout Communication was always prompt and kept in touch with solicitors etc and this was probably from start to finish 8/9 weeks which was efficient prompt Many thanks Hopefully no more moves for a while

Prior to selling our property, we sought 3 valuations from different estate agents. Hannah Irvin conducted the valuation on behalf of Your Move. From the get go, Hannah was extremely friendly and informative regarding the process of putting our property up for sale. Her professionalism was exemplary and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. The process was seamless and within weeks, we received an offer for the asking price which Hannah recommended. Hannah’s approachable nature was the primary reason we chose so sell our property with Your Move and I would most certainly use Your Move in the future. She is an asset to the estate agents.

Worst service. They booked me in to view the house at 10.30am. I left my work as I was meant to start work at 9.30. I went at 10.20 I called them to confirm as I didn't seen anyone there waiting for me, they said yes you are booked at 10.30. I say who is going to show me the house as I don't see anyone here and the lady said the person who booked you in forgot to put it on he's dairy so unfortunately no one can show you the house. Wasted my time

Managed a very long chain well

We chose RR after getting valuations for 4 companies. The sales brochure and metaport videos were excellent. Initially we have plenty of viewings, things quietened over winter so we took if off the market. We re marketed with a price reduction in spring and quickly had an offer.RR helped arrange a conveyancer: perhaps not our best decision.RR were calm in a crisis when completion approached and the very long chain was getting fraught. Completion day was smooth.Overall, very happy.
