GoogleWe’ve just completed on our house purchase, working with Deb at Reeds Rains Durham City was a pleasure. We’re based in Bristol, so a lot of this happened at arm’s length. Deb kept everyone singing off the same hymn sheet. Every update was clear, every call came when she said it would, and when the chain tried to wobble she had it back on track. As first-time buyers felt like herding cats; Deb made it feel more like ticking boxes on a to-do list. GoogleDealing with estate agents can sometimes feel like a game of Monopoly gone rogue, but not with Reeds Rains in Stockton-on-Tees. From the moment I walked through the door, the team made everything feel refreshingly straightforward (and not once did I have to Pass Go or collect £200). Andrea, Abby and the crew deserve a standing ovation, friendly, efficient, and miraculously good at decoding property jargon into something resembling actual English. They answered every one of my questions, even the slightly daft ones, without so much as an eye-roll. In a world where moving house can feel like a full-time hobby, Reeds Rains made it feel almost… enjoyable? Their local knowledge is sharp, their communication spot-on, and they even made the paperwork feel less like homework. Highly recommend, unless you enjoy chaos and confusion, in which case, look elsewhere.
