GoogleAndrea and the team gave me brilliant customer service with the viewing of the property and knowledge of the area. The seller change solicitors and was taking some time but Andrea contacted them and then relayed the information back to me. I totally recommend Andrea and the team.

Very disappointing experience with Reed Rains. The property was advertised before it was ready for sale. After spending time and money on searches and enquiries, we were ready to agree on completion when the seller informed us that they needed to apply for a cheaper mortgage. This process took another six weeks, and the seller ultimately did not obtain the mortgage.
We regret your disappointing experience. We aim to confirm sellers' readiness before listing and we are sorry this did not happen in your case, causing wasted time and money. We'll review our procedures to prevent recurrence. Thank you for your feedback. Regards, Reeds Rains

My rent price per month has gone up by an extra £50, however, Reeds Rains has actually taken an extra £75.
