GoogleWith Reeds Rain, I was entirely blown away by the assistance to rent and move into a new house. It was an extremely smooth process. I would like to start from the house viewing, I have viewed a lot houses and I am not sure I have seen any as clean and as beautiful as the houses from Reeds Rain. It got to a point where my wife told me that the house we get has to be from Reeds Rain. And when we got a house from Reeds Rain, we were guided through the process and it was seamless. We met Mark Readymartcher who made everything as simple and easy as it can ever be. He explained everything we needed to know and guided us through the process. Mark was amazing, extremely helpful and really welcoming. The follow-up was top notch and I am extremely happy that I came across Reeds Rain. I would definitely recommend Reeds Rain.

GoogleThere are doubtless still some Estate Agents around who get to the point where a deal has been agreed, and then loose interest until they see their commission. Reeds Rains aren't like that! Deb in the Durham office has been determined to help the sale process along by pestering solicitors and making sure everyone knows what's needed and how things are progressing. Whether you're buying or selling, you need regular reassurance and that's what we got through excellent communication and a friendly approach...

She was always prompt with call backs and emails ensuring that the sale went through smoothly and within the desired timeline.

GoogleFrom start to finish Reeds Reins Stockton gave invaluable advice from their breadth of knowledge and experience. Steve was our first point of contact and onboarded us with professionalism and acute insight of the area where we were selling. We were then put into contact with Andrea, who remained in contact with us throughout the selling process and we couldn't have wished for a better agent to advise us, keep us informed and give reassurance at every stage. She was incredible and diligent which was a direct reflection on Reeds Reins and the other agents who aided us such as Abbie, who was equally as warm and experienced. We couldn't have wished for a better agents to go with to sell our property.
