5 star recommendation for Mortgage Adviser Emma Blackwell

I would highly recommend using the services of Reeds Rain in Garforth, in particular those of mortgage adviser Emma Blackwell. Emma showed me the full range of mortgages and explained everything clearly and professionally to enable me to decide which product to apply for. She dealt with my application, sensitively and efficiently and even provided me with an update on her non-working day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Emma to friends and family (or anyone else seeking a mortgage).

Liverpool branch great team…

Pat From the Liverpool branch was my adviser, she got things done fast and effectively, which i really appreciated as I am a very busy person, it took around a week and a half to view and then get my keys, this branch has properties of value, and quality, I was quite shocked actually, and will defintley look here again in the future, I think the 150 years or so reflects the quality of the service, a side note, i really like their branding and marketing strategy it is really appealing, the people in the branch are nice and friendly, I am some one who reflects all of these standards, so it was nice to meet a place that upholds those qualities still .its very important, things are dealt with properly and appropriately, they answer quickly and dont leave you hanging, in a nut shell they take pride in what they do. Thanks pat.

Mr Mulligan,We're sorry you have been unhappy with the service. Our agents log every correspondence and conversation relating to a sale within our computer system, and as there is no record of a fee discount being offered we can only revert to the fee stated on our estate agency agreement which is signed by both you and our representative. This agreement states that the fee agreed was £2000 + VAT (£2,400 total). If you wish to escalate this matter further you can do so by contacting salescomplaint@reedsrains.co.ukReeds Rains
