Claire has been an angel dealing with us whilst we were stressed out with an awkward sale process (nothing I do with Reeds Rains) and we have been using Peter the mortgage advisor for years and have always been happy with the service he provides.

The actual sale of the property was straight forward and they were paid promptly however trying to get my promised cashback was like getting blood from a stone.Had to go to their office and refuse to leave untill it was sorted in order to get resolution.

The worst letting agents I have ever dealt with. Repairs just go untouched for months because "The landlord refuses to do them". Staff at the local office are pleasant enough but they really shouldn't allow a landlord like this to let properties through them knowing what she is like.
