GoogleI was booked in to see Josh for help and advice regarding an insurance policy. I am so glad that I did, he was extremely helpful and professional and a credit to Reeds Rains. Well done to Josh and all the team, I can highly recommend. Oh and I now have the insurance cover that I need!

GoogleI have used Reeds Rains for my first purchase and now my first property move. I cannot speak for all the staff but Lauren was friendly, efficient and on it from the word go. The only reason for the 4* was the "photographer package". Cost £150 for some guy to take some pretty standard shots I could have taken with my own DSLR. If there were any post shot enhancements they weren't noticable. He was in my property for about 15 minutes... Definitely recommend Reeds Rains, avoid the photographer package.

GoogleAll the staff have been a very good help to us at the Scarborough branch of Reeds Rains, but we feel Dan Thomas deserves a special mention. Wow, from the day he came out to value our property nothing has ever too much trouble for him. He even managed to get us a prospective purchaser lined up before we were technically ‘on the market’! Cannot praise his professionalism, expertise, honest advice and general all-round knowledge of all things connected within the property market. I would highly recommend using Reed Raines for buying or selling any property, just ask for Dan!

GoogleReeds Rains are a first class Team when it came to moving to Gristhorpe, Scarborough. There is no doubt without the help of Lauren I think we would still have been at our old address. Lauren was positive at a time I thought everything was going to fall through, helpful and a genuine asset to you company. GoogleIf you sell your home easily it could be argued that estate agents are overpriced and a waste of time. However, if there are issues they can really come into their own with their understanding and knowledge of the conveyancing market. Whilst ours was at times incredibly frustrating and stressful, Lauren did her utmost to keep us in the loop and to liaise with other parties to try to overcome those issues we had, and it felt good to know what was happening behind the scenes during the process. From start to finish it has been worth having Reeds Rains on our side, and all the team have been very friendly and helpful whenever we have made contact. Would certainly recommend to others.

Her knowledge of the area and expertise in her field I would say she is the very best estate agent in scarborough by far, her attention to detail and customer service is by far better than any other agent I know and she wouldn’t hesitate to go above and beyond for you. Evan if we had a lots of issues with our solicitor she was all the time helping us and chasing all the documentation from the vendor solicitor so we can move in asap. she really made our dream come true from the moment when she understood what house we wanted and what our budget was.
