Obviously delighted with outcome and have found the staff very knowledgable, helpful, approachable and very communicative. I spoke to Steve the Manager at the Stockton branch of Reeds Rains he was professional and provided me with an appointment to view a property even though he couldn’t attend on that day himself, I would certainly recommend this branch of estate agents. GoogleI received brilliant service from the Stockton branch in particular Ben & Sue. Nothing was ever too much trouble and this was really appreciated as I live in Kent quite a distance from the property that I have just sold through the Stockton branch. I was kept up to date with progress whether it was good or bad and this was important to me.I would highly recommend Reeds Rains in Stockton.

Google“Simply the best...” The staff at the Stockton on Tees branch were brilliant, right throughout the purchase of the house. They kept me informed from initial offer to full completion, even arranged a meeting with a mortgage advisor Jason who was excellent and gave great advice. Couldn't ask for a better service.

GoogleThey were outstanding! I had an offer on my property in less than 4 weeks! Which was amazing and more than I could have hoped for in terms of speed. They were helpful and thorough, missing nothing and checking everything. Then I had a major delay with my lease hold situation, they were brilliant and kept my buyer happy over the long period it took to be resolved, which for such a small sale was no mean feat. Their customer service kept me going, hearing from the regularly, which was fortunate and reassuring as had also learnt I had fallen pregnant and was being made redundant all at tge same time. Their professionalism and hard work kept me going in what is usually a stressful time. I thank them wholeheartedly fir a job well done. This branch is worth its wait in gold, from start to finish I was with the right company. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and tell everyone how good they were!

GoogleVery friendly and professional. Steve dealt with the sale in a very understanding manor as it was the property of my Mum who had sadly passed away. All of the office staff were very friendly but must say a big thank you to Andrea for keeping me updated with the progress of the sale . I will recommend the company to any of my friends who would be thinking of putting their property on the market in the future.

Although not their client, Sue and her team kept me informed at every step of the way and offered sound advice. When issues arose at the eleventh hour they helped to push the sale through on time. GoogleAll the staff at Reeds Rains in Stockton are great, friendly, efficient and welcoming when you go into the estate agents. Nothing seems to be a problem to them and they don't make you feel daft no matter what the question is that you ask them! I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleToday I have purchased my first property in Yarm Stockton on Tees, using Reeds and Rains. The manager Sue and Amy were delightful to deal with from start to finish and very polite. They made the whole process pleasurable and easy. They were extremely flexible with the viewing times and dates and very knowledgable about the property and the area. Nothing was an issue for the questions I asked and they kept me informed. The whole process has taken less than a week as they gave me a lot of their time and expertise. I can not recommend this estate agent enough. They deserve a 10 star review! Thank you to Sue, Amy and all the team.

GoogleSimply great service at Stockton on Tees branch. The manager made us feel like he really cared when he visited to do a valuation. He followed up with stunning professional quality photos, which really showed off our home. We got a great price and went from sign to sale in three months. The staff at the branch were friendly and helpful. Overall, we cant recommend highly enough. If you want to sell your house, look no further.

They call you back and contact you when they say they will, keeping you updated and informed at every stage. Recent house purchase completed today. GoogleI purchased a property using Reeds Rains in Stockton. Although my contact with them was limited I found them to be very professional and helpful. They arranged a viewing very quickly and then got the ball rolling with the purchase once I informed them that I wanted to buy the property. They put me in touch with a mortgage advisor. They chased my solicitor up (who was extremely slow and took 18 weeks to get to completion) and did what they could to help to progress things. A lady called Andrea was very helpful and friendly.
