GoogleI have been dealing with Sue ar Reeds Raines regarding the sale of a deceased persons property. This has not been an easy thing to take on but I cannot speak highly enough about the service I have received.i have been kept informed of all viewings and subsequent negotiations by Sue efficiently and sympathetically which has made a difficult task much easier. I would recommend Reeds Raines as professional and most helpful.

GoogleA big thank you to Reeds Rain Stockton for your support through the purchase of our house. Due to a temporary break in a chain of 4, my buyer pulling out days before (a further delayed) exchange, then to retract her decision 2 weeks later. Reed Rains came to the rescue again when it looked like the agreed deadline date of exchange was not going to happen. I am so grateful to Sue, Andrea & Amy for your guidance and understanding of a stressful situation way out of our control. They definitely provide a 5* service

GoogleOver the last week I've had several viewings through Reeds Rains and they have provided exceptional service. They provided excellent insight and information about their properties and gave excellent customer service. They provided service with a smile and couldn't do any more for us as a customer, we would definitely use Reeds Rains again. Sue and Diane are two lovely ladies who are an asset to your business.

GoogleI am currently dealing with Reeds Rains in their Hartburn, Stockton branch, selling my property. I’ve found a really professional and efficient service, alongside really knowledgeable and friendly staff. Everybody I’ve dealt with happily guided and helped me every step, and nothing is too much trouble. The admin is very efficient, and prompt. If you’re looking for an estate agent, I would have no hesitation in recommending Reeds Rains.

Sent a request to view of a house and heard nothing so phoned to enquirer, I was told I’m on a list and will get a call in a week or so. Never heard a thing and when I phoned they then told me sale agreed. Asked why I was never contacted and they said my name wasn’t on the list which I was told a week before it was so one staff member was lying. The fact this has happened twice now is ridiculous, just seems like laziness. So disappointed.

FacebookI'd just like to give Elliot a special mention. From the valuation he was just a bundle of knowledge, very informative and professional. Elliot took great care when taking the photos and arranging the marketing of my property, he put a lot of thought into making my property look the best (suggested opening patio doors overlooking the decked area etc). When taking a photo of the exterior, the sun was annoyingly in an awkward position, Elliot came back to my house 1 hour later once the sun was a little lower to capture a better photo. (Little things like this are just so lovely and thoughtful!!) I had a little trouble my end opening and signing the electronic documents that Elliot had emailed to me. Elliot called me and suggested that he drove to my house and posted the documents through my door for me to sign manually and return back. This was so kind and thoughtful of him and I appreciated it so much! So far I have received nothing but top class service from Reeds Rains and I'm looking forward to coming onto the market with such a great team! Thank you again Elliot, credit where it is due!

Terrible follow up service. The agent said they would send photos of the inside of the integral garage as I could not get in on the viewings but nothing was sent. After the offer is accepted they wipe their hands and can’t be bothered with communication. They are very pushy before the offer. I made a revised offer after finding damage and work required and still can’t get a response or update. They also don’t declare everything about the property so be very careful and I wouldn’t recommend this agent.

Not actually used these yet but from speaking with agents and getting lots of free advice (when I’m tied to another estate agents) has been an absolute godsend. When someone can give out advice on selling your house when you arnt even with them says a lot about a company. I have never used them to sell my house but I 100% will in the future!
