GoogleAfter previously dealing with a couple of Estate Agents and receiving poor service and advice, I decided to invite Reeds Rains, Acklam, Middlesbrough to give a valuation on my current property I am wanting to sell. A guy called Elliot from Acklam branch came to see me. He was a breath of fresh air!
Despite the fact that he looked fairly young, he was extremely personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. I explained my gripes about previous agents I'd dealt with and he reassured me on the way Reeds Rains operated making me feel really confident that first and foremost, he and all at Reeds Rains, had my best interests at heart. I had no reservations and instructed them to list my property asap.
Apart from all that, their fees were also really competitive!!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI have dealt with Andrea (and Sue) from this branch on numerous occasions now. I cannot praise the service that I have received highly enough. A property sale/purchase can be both stressful and frustrating but my experiences with the aforementioned served only to allay both.
They set the standards of how Estate Agents should operate in my opinion and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
