I did not know whether to buy a student let or holiday let. Nadine helped me to see that my heart was in the holiday let. She was so helpful, encouraging me to make the right decision. She helped bring the value down to a price both me and the sellers were happy with. I also want to thank Tim and other staff I have dealt with in the Bangor office.

buying a property when living 300 miles away can be difficult but not when using W G bangor Julia was our agent she was very professional and easy to communicate with keeping use up to date with weekly progress reports should we move house again Williams Goodwin would be our first choice

Stayed very calm and really helpful when I reported that instead of moving in at 2pm as agreed, id had moving disasters and wouldn't arrive until gone 8 pm- they still organised it so I could get safety'un and were very calm when I was felt far from. They respond promptly to queries. I would highly recommend and am glad they're my agents.

Julia and Nadine were consummate profressionals and were the reason we stuck with the purchase of our bungalow. They kept us up to date every step of the way making a very protracted stressful purchase due to a somewhat difficult vender as easy as they possibly could. I only wish that the agent who sold our home had been as good. I would have no hesitation in recommending this agent for either a potential seller or buyer.

We were looking for a property a couple of hours from our home. The Agents were able to organise a very short notice viewing on a Saturday. We were given plenty of time to look around the property, not rushed at all and answers to our questions, regarding the property and the area. A couple of months on, we are extremely happy to have completed, in the last couple of days, on the purchase of the property and can confirm that Williams and Goodwin have been great throughout the process.

She is keen to follow through, gets back to us as soon as she can, and always follows up with a check on how the matter has been addressed. We greatly appreciate this. The staff were wonderful to work with, They were always pleasant and willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process from viewings to taking up tenancy. They responded to any queries in a quick and professional manner. I highly recommend the team in the Llangefni lettings office. Gwenno went above and beyond to make sure my application was successful and I got the property I wanted, even when the time constraints were very tight. I'm very glad I chose to work with Williams & Goodwin and should I need the services of a letting agent again in the future, I will surely turn to the Llangefni team first.

We where very pleased with the service we have received from Williams and Goodwin in acquiring our latest rental property. As of the nature of our business we rent many properties through different estate agents and private landlords throughout the UK. From our initial property searching to completion day , the process was handled with a very professional service from all members of staff from administration to property viewing and any issues that occurred was discussed and dealt with promptly not to hold up any process of completion. In particular Gwenno and Greg provided outstanding customer service.and nothing was too much trouble. . We would highly recommend Williams and Goodwin to anyone in renting any property.. We will certainly be using again if the business demands another property in the area.
