If there was an option of 0 start I would not hesitate in choosing. Disgraceful company with very high selling fees for doing absolutely nothing. They are a joke of a company with no transparency over nothing, the manager Emily in the bangor store is cheeky with customers on the phone. Her Customer service is rubbish. I would not recommend no one to go with them when selling and will be advising people in the future not to go with them. We had 3 people waiting to view our house and two of them were private from people that we knew, so we did the viewing, they only did one viewing. We had 3 bids on the house at the same price, they did nothing to try and get us more money, they didn’t even tell the three possible buyers to up their bids as they were the same amount, we had to call them and tell them this. We tried to cancel the contract i. The 14 day cooling off period and make the sale private, but they didn’t want to know. Horrendously is the word for the company and the staff.

Unfortunately, our tenant failed to pay rent, which led us to instruct solicitors to resolve the matter. RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT: We left the property in good condition with receipt of professional cleaners. Any excuse to just take our deposit. I decided to sell my property with Williams and Goodwin as they were very helpful during the valuation, advising and buying into my vision as I renovated a very tired and dated property. Once my renovations were completed they produced a smart brochure and negotiated a very swift sale (I accepted an offer in 3 weeks). The timescale between accepting the offer and completion dragged on a bit but Elin kept me informed and kept everything on track. I think it important to engage a local agent to market your property: I wasn't disappointed with The Property People.

We recently purchased a property that was on the market with the property agent , Williams and Goodwin. The level of service and assistance provided by Elin Bearman and her colleague Sarah who are both based at the Caernarfon Office was excellent from start to finish. All arrangements to visit the property were dealt with in an excellent manner, all queries and calls were responded to very efficiently and they both,in my opinion, did their utmost to assist and ensure matters went through as quickly as possible. As with any house purchase the process can be quite stressful, but Elin and Sarah's actions alleviated that part as they interacted with both the sellers and buyers solicitors throughout and provided daily updates so that we were clear on the position at all stages throughout the process. Appalling Experience, Unprofessional and Unethical Practices

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this agency after making an offer on a property they listed. My initial offer was accepted by the vendor, but communication completely broke down when the agent went on holiday without warning or handover. Days later, I was told another party had made a higher offer and was asked to increase mine, despite already having an agreement in place. Reluctantly, I raised my offer significantly, which was then accepted. I was assured the property was off the market. However, after expressing concerns about the agency’s conduct in a formal complaint, met with a dismissive and unhelpful response from their manager, I was abruptly informed the vendor had accepted another offer and the property was sold. This agency demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic courtesy. Their handling of the process was both emotionally and financially distressing. I will never deal with them again and would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious.

Valuation was requested for my property,markedly lower than local average for similar properties,and way off 1st valuation.Interestingly the estate agent across the road from them valued the property at the same ridiculously low value.Did a bit of searching on directors in companies house,well very interested to find that The directors of one estate agency ,had previously been directors for the other across the road ,simply search on the names Williams and Goodwin ie find the directors names.Did they really think I would fall for that old dodgy estate agent trick, the two estate agents working together.They were obviously looking either for a quick sale to boost poor cash flow,or had a “friend” with capital who would buy our property only to sell it straight on later for a much higher price splitting the difference between themselves! Strong advice not to sell your property with these greasy articles.

What a difference in the overall approach from the others. Phill did the survey on our property and may I say in the most professional way. We agreed on a price to market at and all went so smoothly. I am absolutely infuriated by the horrendous property letting services provided by William and Goodwin. Not only did they display a shocking lack of professionalism, but I was appalled to witness blatant racism and discrimination against Muslims. It's utterly disgraceful that such behavior is tolerated in this day and age. This company's actions are beyond reprehensible, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of their services.My blood boils just thinking about my personal visit to the William and Goodwin office. The staff's dismissive attitude was beyond belief, they seemed determined to get rid of me as quickly as possible, treating me like an inconvenience rather than a potential customer.
