Overall service provided by the Caernarfon Office

We recently purchased a property that was on the market with the property agent , Williams and Goodwin. The level of service and assistance provided by Elin Bearman and her colleague Sarah who are both based at the Caernarfon Office was excellent from start to finish. All arrangements to visit the property were dealt with in an excellent manner, all queries and calls were responded to very efficiently and they both,in my opinion, did their utmost to assist and ensure matters went through as quickly as possible. As with any house purchase the process can be quite stressful, but Elin and Sarah's actions alleviated that part as they interacted with both the sellers and buyers solicitors throughout and provided daily updates so that we were clear on the position at all stages throughout the process. Great servicr

From the offset I could tell this was a good estate agent to deal with. The staff were friendly, courteous and polite on the phone, the gent who showed me around the property was enthusiastic, knowledgable and entertaining. The staff in the office who I dealt with predominantly such as Sarah and Caitlin were professional, prompt and good at returning calls. Friendly, welcoming and professional

We dealt with Williams & Goodwin when buying our new house. They were really helpful and very proactive at every stage of what ended up being a very long winded and arduous process (our own sale fell through twice before proceeding). Great Customer Service

Additional grief provided during a stressful move

Consistently felt let down by W & G throughout the buying process. Unnecessary checks and prying phone calls left me feeling annoyed. Culminating with a completion letter addressed to two (surnames both incorrectly spelt....) disgruntled customers.
