I decided to sell my property with Williams and Goodwin as they were very helpful during the valuation, advising and buying into my vision as I renovated a very tired and dated property.
Once my renovations were completed they produced a smart brochure and negotiated a very swift sale (I accepted an offer in 3 weeks).
The timescale between accepting the offer and completion dragged on a bit but Elin kept me informed and kept everything on track.
I think it important to engage a local agent to market your property: I wasn't disappointed with The Property People.

I had marketed my property with different estate agents in the area and may I say without any success. I was recommended by a friend to try Williams and Goodwin. What a difference in the overall approach from the others. Phill did the survey on our property and may I say in the most professional way. We agreed on a price to market at and all went so smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble. Sarah and Ellin at the Caernarfon office were so professional in the approach with the focus on the customer. Any questions we raised were answered immediately and in the most courteous manner. All the way through the whole process from marketing through to the final sale was just fantastic.
