Really not worth the extortionate fee they charge for selling houses. It cost be over £7k for basically a poor advertisement, poor photos taken on an IPhone , escorted visits for potential buyers by staff that had never seen the house and feedback that was at best poor. I would never use again , simply a rip off .

GoogleWe were very happy with the Caernarfon team. They always got straight back to us and made us feel as though we were their only customer. After the sale they kept mail for the previous owner month after month because they didn’t want to give a forwarding address. An exceptional estate agent.

We dealt with Williams & Goodwin when buying our new house. They were really helpful and very proactive at every stage of what ended up being a very long winded and arduous process (our own sale fell through twice before proceeding). Elin in particular was brilliant even putting up with my pidgin Welsh emails. We would not hesitate to use Williams Goodwin to represent us if we were ever to put our house on the market. I cannot begin to thank the excellent staff of the Caernarfon branch of Williams and Goodwin. Without the particular herculean efforts of the young lady, Sarah, in communicating with all three parties for over a year, the selling chain would have collapsed! I can heartily recommend them for determination and patience in a sensitive negotiations. I wouldn't hesitate for a second in using them again - and indeed look forward to another bottle of champagne!

Bought a house with Property People back in October, Sarah and Elin have been brilliant throughout, keeping us updated and informed with all decisions and changes. And if and when they weren't available, whoever that was covering in the office was fully aware of the situations and could update us straight away. They were quick with emails and call backs, and were flexible with re-visits to the property. Thank you

Absolutely disgusting company! Nothing but issues with them as a Tennant throughout my tenancy, and then at the end they tried to claim for absolutely everything possible through the deposit scheme - meaning my deposit has been locked for weeks. I strongly advise that you keep well clear of this company!!
