I was struggling to find good rental accommodation untill I went to Greg and Kelvin and they were superb in all aspects, they had an abundance of information about the properties I went to view and felt at ease with them at all times. Would highly recommend!

The Trusted AgentKind and convinient agents
Having rented the property through williams & goodwins, I have received a lot of helps ranged from minor to major problems. Although I had an advantage to live near the office, any enquiries through a phone call was quick and easy and they helped their best to sort my problems as soon as possible.
Thank you for your fantastic 5 star review for W&G TPP Team in Bangor, we really appreciate you taking the time to place a review.

The Trusted AgentMy sincere thanks for a challenging job professionally done! Thank you all at W & G!!!
My apartment in Rhos on Sea, purchased new, had,due to personal circumstances been little used and was fully furnished to a high standard The time had come to make the decision to sell. It was subsequently placed with a local estate agent and was with them for some considerable time producing little or no interest or more importantly no feedback. Whilst I fully accept that the market was and has been challenging in recent years it left me with the view "could do better" and I decided to source another agent and had read that Williams & Goodwin had won awards at that time which impressed me. As a result I placed the property with them, and whilst the market does not appear to have changed significantly their communications left me in no doubt that they were really working on my behalf (my sincere thanks to Julia for her efforts throughout!) We had a significant upturn in interest this May resulting in completion on the 7th inst!!! Finally I should point out that I live 70+ miles away from the property so all viewings were handled by Williams & Goodwin with feedback on all of them.. I write this as a very satisfied client with no personal links to the business. Grahame Sutton.

We have been in contact with Greg Horsman from Williams & Goodwin.during our search for a suitable property to rent.. What a surprise and pleasure - Greg has gone far beyond what we have usually experienced with a Letting Agent, he has listened to our list of requirements and responded beyond expectations - thank you. The Trusted AgentFaultless
When we started looking for a property to buy, the agents were very helpful in arranging viewings that were convenient for us. When we found our chosen property, we arranged a second viewing and all information provided by the agent was found to be very accurate. The process of purchasing the property has been smoothly managed by the agents and their efficiency is second to none.
Thank you for such a great review, we are so pleased we could help you find a property . Kind regards, from all the team.

Yellruthless
shocking time management, had me waiting around with my 81 year old grandmother for 27minutes outside of a property and no apology, only an excuse that they had double booked my appointment time. a totally ruthless bunch of women, the type you know will have something nasty to say about you once you've walked out of the door. steer clear if you can, there are plenty of other agents in the area who treat you like a human being, not just as 'commission'.

The Trusted AgentGwasanaeth gwych, effeithiol a di-lol / Excellent, efficient and first class service
Roedd y gwasanaeth darganfod tenant gan Williams & Goodwin yn arbennig iawn. Dyma'r tro cyntaf i mi eu defnyddio a gallaf ond canmol effeithiolrwydd y tim cyfan, o'r ymweliad cyntaf i'r arwyddo a sicrhau fod gennym denantiaid addas. Roedd y cyngor a gafwyd o'r dechrau i'r diwedd yn werthfawr dros ben. Doedd dim yn ormod o drafferth. Diolch o galon i chi. This was the first time I have used Williams and Goodwin and I can honestly and sincerely praise the service I received. From the initial visit to the property to the signing of the agreement, their attention to detail was second to none and the pleasant, smiling faces on every occasion made it a very satisfying, pleasant experience from beginning to end. Thank you all.

The Trusted AgentGreat service!
After spending around twelve months looking for a holiday home, my partner and I recently found a bungalow with Williams and Goodwin. The service we received was excellent! Sian kept in touch on a regular basis, providing us with updates and helping us through our purchase, even allowing access to the property when we needed to carry out enquiries with builders. Peter showed us around the property initially and even allowed me to come back a second time when I returned to Anglesey with my family. A brilliant service from Williams and Goodwin and would recommend them as a great estate agent to use.
Dear Danielle, Thank you for such a great review, we are so pleased we could find a property for you. Kind regards, from all the team.

The Trusted AgentBuyer only review
As with most house buyers, I'm becoming intimately involved with many estate agents, desperate to find my 'forever home'. This particular estate agent's team has gone out of their way time and time again to look for houses that may suit me and my husband. At every viewing, our encounter has been positive; their agents seem genuine, friendly people who listen to us, are knowledgable and sincere. I have every faith they'll find us our dream home soon!
Whilst it is always nice to hear from our vendors, purchasers, landlords or tenants, i think this is the first review we have received from a client who has yet to complete a property transaction with us. To read such praise is a great reflection on the time and effort we all put in to helping clients fulfill their dreams, and it is kind of you to take the time to acknowledge the care taken in listening to clients needs which we feel is so important. I hope that through these efforts we can find you a suitable property as with our staff spending so much effort in getting to know both our stock of properties and what they offer as well as your needs we can often put forward suggestions that help encourage you to view a property which may not immediately appear suitable

The Trusted AgentSupporting the buyer - Sally is second to none.
Sally in the sales department is perhaps the most supportive and efficient agent I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. She constantly monitored the progress of the sale, keeping in contact with us, the buyer, and our vendors, always informing us of the current situation. I cannot sing her praises highly enough.

Excellent service. House placed on the market quickly and we had many more viewings in a few days than other local agents achieved in over a year. Had an offer at the asking price within 5 days. Highly recommended.
