Williams and Goodwin buck trhe trend with their customer service, level of commitment and communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and must thank Sally for all her help and advice along the way. Outstanding people!

TrustpilotPlain Dissappointing!!
As a property developer i thought I could do business with this firm but sadly its impossible. Whether its a welsh - English racist thing which is so rife in North Wales or the fact the I often wear my work clothes calling into the branches at Llangefni and Caernarfon and the owners don't think I'm good enough to speak to or the fact that they are just pig ignorant. For sure all the staff ive dealt with suffer from a personality deficit, have no sales or customer service skills whatsoever and are completely lacking in get up and go. When an offer was made for a property I had up for sale with them which I accepted the manager of the Caernarfon branch never even phoned me. In fact he never contacted me again??? What a joke!! I have a piece of land up for sale with them at another branch which I will be taking off when I can be bothered which is very much this companies attitude. I actually bought the plot from their property auction and had a nightmare with one of their members of staff from Llangefni who turned up screaming, shouting and balling threatening to phone the police as me and my work lads were about to clear the plot claiming I hadn't completed on the land. I had completed the previous evening at 4pm?? Bonkers, I had to walk away before swung for her! It is fair to say this estates agents DO NOT SELL houses, they merely advertise them and people come a long and buy them. When the internet estate agent companies hit North Wales and I'm not talking no commission Purple Bricks but the estates agents who operate from home based offices, are true professional sales people who are available 7 days a week 24 hours a day such as Ewe Move etc the likes of The Property People will need to alter the way they do business, learn to sell and learn some customer service skills or wave goodbye to their businesses. I told my property lawyer not to pay them for a month after the property was sold just to make my point. We have since laughed as the Property People sent solicitors letters to my property lawyer demanding payment and threatening him with court proceeding?? How hilarious, the contract was between myself and The Property People not with my property lawyer?? They couldn't even get that right. My whole experience of The Property People was just plain disappointing and I would not recommend them at all to any one.

The Trusted AgentExcellent service from a dedicated team
Caron Swan and the team provided an outstanding service from start to finish with the sale of our family home. Moving is stressful so having an experienced, friendly and above all efficient agent helping us through the sale has been a huge relief. Caron guided us through the whole process, and took the pivotal role in maintaining communications between all parties involved, ensuring the sale never lost momentum. Our family cannot thank everyone at Williams & Goodwin enough. Highly recommended
Thank you for your kind words and taking time to review our team at Llangefni.

The Trusted AgentOne house sold. Three countries involved!
After some time on the market, our house was eventually sold when a realistic price was asked. The buyer was, we believe, English. The house was in Wales and over the summer we were in France! Through emails and mobile phone conversations, we were kept informed as negotiations took their course. At all stages we were consulted, and all things considered, a realistic price was achieved. Many thanks and best wishes to Mark and his colleagues.
Thank you very much for our 5 star rating and for using our services, we're delighted to have helped. Kind regards,

The Trusted AgentVery professional excellent advice, good communication, attentive and caring. Highly recommend.
From the 1st contact with Gwennan, and the visit with Melfyn, we knew we had made the correct decision to let them handle all aspects of the sale. The easiest, smoothest, and quickest sale of our 3 properties. I have only praise the the company.
It has been a pleasure working for you on the sale of the cottage, thank you for your kind words of appreciation.

The Trusted AgentProfessional & Helpful
The whole team, especially Vanessa & Claire, at the Williams & Goodwin office in Bangor were professional, helpful and efficient right from the outset. From the first visit they were clear on what they were offering and kept those promises. They accompanied our viewers but kept us informed and reported back after every one. They liaised with our solicitor and smoothed over some stressful moments towards the end. The property was well advertised and it was sold in a very reasonable time. We would highly recommend them.
Thank you for your lovely review your comments have been passed on to the team! It was a pleasure assisting you in selling your property and we would like to wish you both all the best in your new home.

The Trusted AgentExcellent service, friendly and helpful staff.
I've recently rented a property in Bangor, North Wales with Williams & Goodwin for about a year and a half and during this time experienced nothing but excellent, professional and friendly service. The property was well managed and all of my queries were answered in a timely and helpful manner. I wish to thank the staff for their efforts in supporting me throughout the duration of my tenancy as well as making the moving out process smooth and transparent. I will no doubt consider W&G as agents, should I wish to rent a property in the area in the future. ~ Kris

The Trusted AgentAlways pleasant, personal and professional service
Having purchased a property to let in Anglesey, as I live hundreds of miles away, I decided to get a fully managed service from an Anglesey letting agent. Having found an agent, I quickly became concerned at their lack of pro-activeness and communication. This was a particular concern as I was so far away. I then decided to use Williams & Goodwin, Eluned being my main point of contact. A lot of work needed doing on the property, several months later, it is now ready to let. Eluned has most definitely been proactive and informative in helping me along the journey so far. She has shown a genuine and personal interest in getting the property ready to let. She has also enthusiastically demonstrated her extensive local knowledge and been an invaluable resource for me when researching Anglesey for the best areas in which to get my investment property. The house is going on the market now, knowing that Eluned and her team will be looking after it gives me confidence that it is in safe hands and that the tenants will be looked after.

The Trusted AgentExcellent service
A huge thank you to Tim, Claire and Vanessa for a truly exceptional service when handling the sale of my mother’s property
Thank you for your kind words Gwenan I recall the day we took the instruction when I couldn't believe you helping mum put the house on the market, at the same time as finalising your daughters wedding. i bet your are relieved both events have now been successfully completed. I know how hard it must have been for mum to move on from a home she has occupied for so long but I trust she settles into Llanfair quickly, and finds the new garden a little easier to manage.

The Trusted AgentFriendly, welcoming and professional
We dealt with Williams & Goodwin when buying our new house. They were really helpful and very proactive at every stage of what ended up being a very long winded and arduous process (our own sale fell through twice before proceeding). Elin in particular was brilliant even putting up with my pidgin Welsh emails. We would not hesitate to use Williams Goodwin to represent us if we were ever to put our house on the market. Diolch yn fawr Elin a pawb yn Williams Goodwin Caernarfon!

The Trusted AgentA Very Good Experience
We were selling a property near Bangor while living a long way away, and Gwennan and the others at North Wales Auctions made it a very smooth process. We received regular updates on viewings, were kept well informed throughout the whole process, and got a price very close to the original valuation. Definitely recommended if you have to sell property in North Wales.
