The Trusted AgentHighly recommended
Eluned manages a rental property for us and has proved to be genuinely customer focussed which unfortunately seems very rare these days. Eluned is an excellent communicator and takes responsibility for solving the inevitable issues that arise, recently saving us over £200 on building repairs thanks to her proactive approach. We've recommended this agency to others several times as a result - thank you Eluned!

He was really quick responding to any queries I had and fast to sort anything that needed doing, he made both moving in and moving out easy and as stress free as possible. Just want to say a massive thank you to all at the Bangor office again, I felt really looked after and knew I could count on things getting done. Many many thanks again

The Trusted AgentGood professional team.
Very professional service. Lowri Owen, was very organised and was up to date with what was happening with my move at all times. Made the paperwork very simple and answered any questions that I had. Rhian Cunliffe and Greg Horsman also helped me a great deal, by organising a Sunday move in last minute, when my removal men didn't turn up the day previously.

The Trusted AgentExcellent service from initial valuation to completion
Very pleased with the service received from the Property People. All queries were answered promptly and I was kept up to date with progress at all times. Buying and selling houses is very stressful, but they definitely eased the stress rather than adding to it. I have used this company in the past, and will definitely use them again.
Thank you Yvonne on the lovely review, your comments have been shared with both Vanessa & Julia. We would like to wish you all the best and look forward to assisting you I the future.

The Trusted AgentGwenno Groffiths property landlord
Gwenno Griffiths has been managing my properties for the past year or so. During this time I have found her to be professional, friendly and someone who is always willing to do what is required to keep both the landlord and the tenants happy. During this time Gwenno has dealt with a number of issues that have arisen with the tenants.. Gwenno ensures that any issues are resolved as quickly as possible with the minimum of fuss. I am totally happy with the service that Gwenno provides and I would recommend her to anyone. It is a pleasure to deal with Gwenno

Adverts have been clear and transparent, viewings were helpful and the transition from one property to the next wad also smooth. Small repairs were always made quickly, and my questions are always swiftly dealt with and resolved over the phone. I recommend this estate agent.
