The Trusted AgentImpeccable Service
As a professional property investor my business depends on the dedication and hard work of many agents. There is one agent that stands out from the rest because of her eagerness and drive to get the deal done.. I would gladly endorse Vanessa Laidman-Davies' professionalism and recommend her as an agent that has your interest at heart.
Agent replied · 25 April 2017
Huw clearly as a seasoned investor you will have had may experiences with estate agents and to receive such a positive feedback will delight Vanessa when she returns from a well earned holiday tomorrow, as I am well aware of the importance she places on going the extra mile for all our clients. I have no doubt the property will prove a worthy addition to your portfolio and if we can assist further with any future property matters please do not hesitate to contact Vanessa or anyone else in our team of trained specialists.

allAgents"Poor professionalism from..."
Poor professionalism from Vanessa. Rude and curt e-mails. Clear bias to the seller, as advised myself to not offer a lower offer on a house (which was accepted). Placed 2 phone calls to remove the 'sold' sign from my property - still not actioned. Disorganised team when collecting the keys - with no word of congratulations after a long process with their team. Hung up on me on one occasion. As a young, first time buyer, I have always been very polite and naive with this whole process, I wish I'd done it with a more professional and deserving agent, company.

Caroline, we are obviously sorry to read your comments and would welcome the opportunity to respond to you more fully to address your concerns if you can provide your contact details. Regards Nadine

The Trusted AgentThe only people to keep me sane during this transaction
I have just bought a house. I chose the wrong solicitor to do the conveyancing. Glaciers move faster. Of course it was always "someone else's fault" when I got in touch with my solicitor. W&G were absolutely first class. They chased and cajoled and did everything else possible to make the deal happen ASAP. They could not have been more helpful. I was tearing my hair out by the end of the transaction because it was time specific. They were super supportive, kept me informed and just did their best to keep things moving. I never thought I would be writing a glowing review for an estate agent, but here I am and I could not be happier to do it. Next time I will even take advice from them about solicitors, because let's face it, the prices are bound to be in the same ball park (or am I being naive again) but they will actually know who can move efficiently. Top job W&G!

Kelly, and all staff at Williams and Goodwin were extremely helpful pointing us in the right direction and giving us all the information we needed and more. We have ended up with our first rented property and it's perfect for us. We will definitely be looking towards Williams and Goodwin when we're in a position to buy!

The Trusted AgentHouse Purchase
I first met Mark whilst looking for a property to buy in Anglesey, Mark arranged a viewing of the property which the owners wanted to do themselves, after the viewing Mark contacted me to get my response to the property. My wife and I decided to go ahead with the purchase, from this point on Mark kept us up to date with the transaction. Our own agent was O.K but needed chasing up to get any information,it was the same with our solicitor. If I wanted any information I contacted Mark who got the info and rang back asap,I think Mark worked above and beyond the call of duty, All the staff were very friendly and passed on messages efficiently,I cannot fault the service we got. Thanks to all the staff Steve O.

The Trusted AgentExcellent service especially from Sian. Thanks again
We sold our house in less than a week. Sian and Dafydd were excellent and guided us through the whole process. We were very impressed on how well Sian communicated with us and keeping us informed with the sale of the house. I would recommend this estate agent to all of my friends and family.

The Trusted AgentHelpful, quick, informative. A pleasure to deal with.
Firstly, we we're in the process of buying a property through another agency for a period of 10-12 weeks. During that time we spoke to the estate agent three times and often struggled to get hold of them via e-mail and phone calls. We subsequently pulled out of that purchase, and so have some experience to be able to compare both agents. Sian has been more than helpful from day one, down to the initial viewing which was arranged within 45 minutes of calling her. The next day we put in an offer, and within 30 minutes had two return calls in negotiation with the third confirming we had reached an agreement. Several weeks passed and Sian had been in regular contact obtaining updates from both sides and assisting to ensure everything went through smoothly. It's been 5-6 week and we're ready to move in. I can't rate the agent and agency highly enough, especially whilst comparing them to our previous experience. E-mails and phone calls were regular and prompt, keeping us informed every step of the way. Highly recommended.

The Trusted AgentVery smooth transaction
As first time buyers, my wife and I had no clue in purchasing a house and as soon as we had our first house visit with Tim i knew we had nothing to worry about. His knowledge was fantastic as were his ideas for home improvements. Tim was also flexible enough to meet us on his way home from work to enable us a 2nd visit which fitted around our hectic schedule. I can't say enough good things about Nadine who dealt with us for everything else. From the first phone call she was polite, professional and above all else spoke in a manor that put you at ease explaining each process step by step. Would 100% recommend this estate agents to anybody - thank you very much
Agent replied · 3 March 2017
Thank you for such praise Stuart. I can just about remember back to buying my first house, and recall how daunting a prospect it can be. Maybe some of the ideas i put forward will help, and it was great to see you being able to take advantage of the January sales to get a new bathroom. I hope you and your new family manage to spend many years in a house that should easily become a family home. All the very best. Tim

The Trusted AgentGreat Service for assisting in renting out my flat
Thank you to Vanessa and the team for assisting me in renting out and managing my property. Everything was taken care of and Vanessa made the process easy and stress free. She reassured me that she would quickly find a tenant for the property and she was true to her word. I definitely recommend the Bangor team to assist you with any of your property needs. Thank you again for a great service.

Thanks for taking the time to provide a review Rosie, we are well aware of how landlords wish to avoid any lengthy void period with no rent, so were delighted to be able to find a suitable tenant for you in quick time. We are grateful to you for your continued business. Tim

The Trusted AgentCan't fault William Goodwins.
I am very pleased with the service I have received in selling my apartment from Matthew and everyone else I have dealt with at William Goodwin. Matthew was very professional, pleasant and helpful. I felt he listened to me and gave me good advice. In fact my apartment was sold within a few days for a bit more than the asking price so everyone involved clearly did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

The Trusted AgentGood Service
Good Service in handling a difficult sale mainly due to the incompetence of the purchaser's solicitor Convey Law, Newport. Julia Goodwin worked particularly hard to progress the sale in a professional and efficient manner. I would be happy to recommend this firm to anyone wishing to sell.
Agent replied · 8 March 2017
Thank you for your kind words, it is much appreciated. I'm so pleased that we were able to keep the sale going for you despite being very difficult at times but with determination and regular updates we got there! We look forward to do business again with you in the future.

The Trusted AgentExcellent service from start to finish with no pressure.
Nothing was too much trouble and all members of staff were very courteous and kept me informed of all viewings. The house was unoccupied and all viewings were accompanied by PP staff. When I rang to make an enquiry they were able to provide answers immediately as everything was well documented on their records. I can thoroughly recommend Williams and Goodwin and although they have many properties on their books they still achieve the personal touch with individual customers.
