The Trusted AgentProfessional and courteous.
I decided to sell my property with Williams and Goodwin as they were very helpful during the valuation, advising and buying into my vision as I renovated a very tired and dated property. Once my renovations were completed they produced a smart brochure and negotiated a very swift sale (I accepted an offer in 3 weeks). The timescale between accepting the offer and completion dragged on a bit but Elin kept me informed and kept everything on track. I think it important to engage a local agent to market your property: I wasn't disappointed with The Property People.
Dear Helen, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Elin and Phil. We are thrilled that you choose Williams & Goodwin The Property People to help you with the sale of your property and enjoyed seeing the renovations through to completion also. We wish you the best of luck with your future plans and would be happy to assist you should you need any advise in the future. Kind regards, The Property People Team - Caernarfon

The Trusted AgentExcellent service - very happy to recommend.
The Property People have been excellent and have helped me rent my property out since mid 2016. The rate they offered is very competitive and the service has been exemplary. They also are very good at marketing rental properties and as a result my property was rented out at the first time of asking. Everyone I have dealt with in both the Bangor and Llangefni offices have been incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Gwenno from the Llangefni office has been responsible for managing my property and she has been terrific. She was really efficient at getting the property rented out and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. She also gave some really useful advice and if there were any issues she dealt with them very quickly. So far I have been really impressed with The Property People and I would happily recommend them to anyone renting out a property. Keep up the good work! :-)

I had dealings with Gwenno and Greg in lettings and found them to be very helpful and efficient. Always respond to calls and emails promptly with efficiency that other agencies should use as good work practice. No issue is to large or small and all are dealt with a professionalism that their bosses should be proud of. Thank you.

The Trusted AgentThere to help
The service received so far from our Agent has been exactly what we need - informative, relevant and individualised to our needs. Living out of the area we are selling our house in has left us feeling a little 'dis-connected' however within the space of time needed to make a call, we are brought up to-date instantly by our Agent Matthew.
Good morning Mrs Daniels. Thank you very much for taking your time to provide us with some positive feedback. We will continue to keep you up to date at all times and do our very best to ensure the process is pain and stress free.

The Trusted Agentpleasent helpful considerate
This is the first house I have rented. I moved into the property last year 2015. Gwenno is helpful and always has a smile to greet you. Whether I phone or email she responds promptly. She deals with any situation efficiently. Also keeps in contact for any updates if any repairs need attention.

The Trusted AgentWent out of his way to help
Greg Horsman went to great efforts to help us get viewings at short notice as we were on a tight deadline to find a property to let. He was friendly and professional but not pushy.

The Trusted AgentAmazing! Excellent! Best Angency I've used!
Before I came to here, I was wary about getting involved with another agency after the drama I had with dafydd hardy. But I'm so glad I choice this and wish I GONE for it the first time I went to start renting. Llangefni Agency for renting our amazing! Supported me through the whole process and made sure I knew what ever small detail was happening. They where so quick ALSO so not a long process either, what many of us hate so I was happy. Since moving into the property Kelly Williams who basically my line if anything wrong or I need to speak to is totally amazing and one of a kind. When I started the process I actually was her first client when she started the job. You would of thought she been in the company for years! Always responsive, excellent customer skills and all round a sweetie and genius lady, always have time for me. So Kelly Williams I just want to say thank you so much for your support and making sure me but also my daughter are happy. Have amazing home! And supported.

The Trusted AgentExcellent service, always happy to help.
Although the process of selling my house has taken longer than I would have liked (due to reasons out of W&G's Control) they have remained very responsive and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
Thank you for going to the trouble to review the service you have received Alistair. I was sorry to see the length of time taken to achieve an exchange on this property took longer than anticipated but pleased that you appreciate that this was out of our control, and understood the skill put in from our staff to ensure that these difficulties were overcome and a successful outcome was achieved. Good luck with your move to the south coast, and we look forward to being of service to you if you get the chance to return to North Wales. Regards Tim

The Trusted AgentExcellent service
We are very pleased with the service we have received from Williams and Goodwin in marketing and successfully selling our property. Service was of high quality and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend them in selling any property.
Jennifer Thank you for you kind words, which are particularly reassuring taking into account that prior to our instruction you had been marketing with another agent for some months, and we were able to secure considerably more viewings an acceptable offer for you within the first few weeks of our marketing

The Trusted Agentpurchase of a property in Menai Bridge
The service was very high quality. Nothing was too much trouble, they responded promptly and helpfully to every request.
Rob. Thank you for taking time to comment on the service provided. As you know I was particularly pleased to see that from the start of your property search we were able to identify your needs, and persuade you to view this property which had not been on your initial list of viewings. From the moment you walked through the door it was clear you both fully appreciated the magnificent views, and I was encouraged that by dealing with all queries we were able to ensure a quick exchange was achieved. Now completion has taken place we are happy to continue in providing service in obtaining quotes for minor works you require in addition to introducing various local trades people to you. i am sure you will enjoy many a happy day on the terrace looking down on the Menai Strait. Regards Tim

The Trusted AgentAmazing service
Team at Bangor branch have been so helpful in what can only be called a whirlwind as they have helped me with every aspect of trying to sell mine to trying to buy another and they have helped with anything I needed even just a little advice when required. Bought my first house of them and just sold it to buy my second home and they could nit have been better. Thank you Nadine ,Vanessa and Tim
Craig, we are so pleased we were able to secure such a quick sale for you in the first week of marketing by proactively working with our list of applicants and persuading the purchaser to view rather than just advertising the property and waiting for someone to get in touch. As you have experienced this is the strength of a traditional estate agent, and helped you move on the house you wanted. Just think, this time last month you had not even thought of moving, and now not only have you seen a home you can bring up your growing family in but secured its purchase with us immediately selling your current home. Good luck with it all

Accepted my offer on a property and then 2 days later said my offer had been rejected as someone had put in a higher offer and did I want to increase my offer. Why were offers still being accepted if a sale had been agreed. Something not right here!!

Nothing was too much trouble from beginning to end of my dealings with Williams & Goodwin. I would highly recommend this company and wish to thank them all for their kindness, efficiency and attentiveness.
Thank you for reviewing our service, kind regards, from the Llangefni team.

The Trusted AgentEfficient , friendly and professional service
Tim Goodwin gave us excellent advice on when to market our property . The house had been let for many years and needed a substantial face lift and tidy up. We were just in the process of starting the work when Tim and his staff found us a buyer. The subsequent negotiations with our buyer achieved a very realistic price for our property without any work being carried out. Well done Williams and Goodwin. We would thoroughly recommend them to you.
Thanks for the review Stuart, not only were we pleased to be able to generate a sale in such a short period of marketing, thus saving you the time and expense involved in renovating the property, but it was great to see that with our regular and proactive sales progressing this sale exchanged within less than one month from the acceptable offer. Regards Tim

The Trusted AgentExcellent experience.
The whole team in the Llangefni office, especially Gwenan, were professional, helpful and understanding at what was a difficult time for me in selling my late brother's house which had also been the family home. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

The Trusted AgentA real hands on approach, sets Williams & Goodwin apart from other estate agents.
When we decided to market or property, the choice of estate agent was critical to our plans. As we were on a tight schedule it was appreciated that Tim managed to fit in a appointment with us at short notice. From start to finish, I can't praise Williams & Goodwins enough, special mention goes to Julia who was our contact at the office. She was always available to keep us informed on how the viewings were going. And when we found our buyer Julia was invaluable to the smooth conclusion of the sale. After selling many houses over the years, my wife and I can whole heartedly recommend Williams & Goodwin.
Thank you for your praise Clyde not only do we try to act promptly to our customers needs, but it was great to see that by proactively contacting our applicants once instructed we were able to generate a number of viewings, and achieve an acceptable offer within the first few days of marketing. It is also particularly pleasing for you to recognise the importance we place on the progressions of sales, to completion, and Julias assistance in checking the sale progress through to completion. I hope the move to your new property in the village proved equally successful and you manage to carry out the adaptations you have planned. Regards Tim
