Firstly i would like to thank Vicky at Williams And All Wales Auction in Llangefni. She was there to help at every at every step of the process, having not purchased at auction before she replied to my emails / questions promptly! This is my second time purchasing with these estate agents and i would use them again with selling in the near future! The team are all polite and friendly when accompanying on the viewings.. This was our first experience of selling a property by auction and we were pleasantly surprised by the ease and smoothness of the whole process. The staff at the Llangefni office guided us through and the property was well advertised, attracting a lot of attention from potential buyers. We were kept regularly informed of the number of viewings and potential interest. The actual on-line auction went very smoothly, with a courteous phone call just before the start time and to confirm the reserve price. We were pleased with the result and we then completed in 28 days following the auction. All in all, Williams and Goodwin provided a very good service, and we would recommend the All Wales Auction to anyone wanting a swift and painless sale of their property.

Charity Auction Ty Gobaith Childrens Hospice

on the 27th November 2015 .I was MC at an event to raise funds for Ty Gobaith Children's Hospice, the event was organised by Huws Gray Builders Merchants. The Charity Auction was conducted by Mr Melfyn Williams of All Wales Auctions. The Auction was a master class in auctioneering and culminated in circa £10.000 being raised in some 45 minutes. I have previously acted as MC at many events across North Wales where Melfyn Williams has been the auctioneer. I can honestly state that his technique and professionalism is outstanding, I would strongly recommend Mr Williams and All Wales Auctions. I have also attended property and farm equipment & implement auctions, conducted by All Wales Auctions, they were all very well organised and professionally delivered with personality. I am happy to offer a 1st class recommendation of the services offered

Excellent Service

Gwenan and the whole team at the LLangefni office were truly exceptional during difficult circumstances due to covid. Me and my brother were regularly kept up to date via email and phone to the various issues that were involved to the property being sold and the whole process went very smoothly. I would recommend Mr Melfyn Williams and his Llangefni team very highly in selling or buying property in North Wales.

We got there!

Buying a commercial property that you want to change into residential at auction is both scary and risky. But… James, who showed me around (this property as well as another) is really energetic and passionate, and it’s all genuine. In no small part because of his infectious imagination, I took the risk and the house is now mine… although the final piece of the jigsaw of getting it houseified is yet to be complete. Fast forward to the negotiating bit and general queries, and Vicky was great. Always on hand to answer questions, and even resolved some pretty complex queries. I also very much enjoyed the game playing of getting me to write this review. :P Thanks Vicky, that was fun. All in all, top notch service all around.

Gwennan goes above and beyond

We bought an auction property; the purchase was handled by Gwennan. She was helpful, professional and diligent throughout. You don’t normally expect to be so well supported as the buyer, in light of primary care being for the vendor. Gwennan was a star. I would commend her and her colleagues to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

Absolutely fantastic. As we live abroad we though that selling a UK property would become a nightmare however All Wales team were fantastic. We were kept informed at every single stage. They worked tirelessly to prepare our property for Auction however due to their fantastic marketing skills they secured a sale before the Auction date. I can honestly say they are the best company I've ever dealt with full stop.

Very professional excellent advice, good communication, attentive and caring. Highly recommend.

From the 1st contact with Gwennan, and the visit with Melfyn, we knew we had made the correct decision to let them handle all aspects of the sale. The easiest, smoothest, and quickest sale of our 3 properties. I have only praise the the company.

Auction Purchase

Both my wife and I are experienced Landlords owning six properties and we have to date purchased two properties with All Wales Property Auctions .We have found that the whole experience from first point of contact through to viewing property and finally at the auction has been excellent . All the staff are so helpful and provide advice and guidance beyond those expected of many estate agents .We still possess both properties and have had continuous rental income . I would highly recommend the company .

Excellent service, always available with updates and guidance helping to smooth out the process. The uncertainty and apprehension at the time of sale was a little like eBay on steroid’s but again guided throughout to a great conclusion.

The whole experience of buying at Auction was made very simple and straightforward by All Wales Auction. All the information was available in advance. They accommodated my request to view the property of interest on the morning of the Auction without any qualms. Great customer service.
