Gwenan and the whole team at the LLangefni office were truly exceptional during difficult circumstances due to covid. Me and my brother were regularly kept up to date via email and phone to the various issues that were involved to the property being sold and the whole process went very smoothly. I would recommend Mr Melfyn Williams and his Llangefni team very highly in selling or buying property in North Wales.

From the 1st contact with Gwennan, and the visit with Melfyn, we knew we had made the correct decision to let them handle all aspects of the sale.
The easiest, smoothest, and quickest sale of our 3 properties. I have only praise the the company.

The whole team in the Llangefni office, especially Gwenan, were professional, helpful and understanding at what was a difficult time for me in selling my late brother's house which had also been the family home. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
