THE BEST ESTATE AGENTS IN ANGLESEY!

Firstly i would like to thank Vicky at Williams And Goodwin Estate Agents in Llangefni. She was there to help at every at every step of the process, having not purchased at auction before she replied to my emails / questions promptly! This is my second time purchasing with these estate agents and i would use them again with selling in the near future! The team are all polite and friendly when accompanying on the viewings.. Would recommend to my friends and family!

We got there!

Buying a commercial property that you want to change into residential at auction is both scary and risky. But… James, who showed me around (this property as well as another) is really energetic and passionate, and it’s all genuine. In no small part because of his infectious imagination, I took the risk and the house is now mine… although the final piece of the jigsaw of getting it houseified is yet to be complete. Fast forward to the negotiating bit and general queries, and Vicky was great. Always on hand to answer questions, and even resolved some pretty complex queries. I also very much enjoyed the game playing of getting me to write this review. :P Thanks Vicky, that was fun. All in all, top notch service all around.

Bought a house at auction

I highly recommend Williams & Goodwin the Property People / All Wales Auction to anyone interested in buying a property online. All staff were helpful and professional, from initial enquires, to viewing the property and post sale aftercare. A big thank you to Gwennan and the team for making the whole process such an enjoyable experience.

Gwennan goes above and beyond

We bought an auction property; the purchase was handled by Gwennan. She was helpful, professional and diligent throughout. You don’t normally expect to be so well supported as the buyer, in light of primary care being for the vendor. Gwennan was a star. I would commend her and her colleagues to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

Professional and friendly

The service we received from Gwennan and team was top notch. Sound advice was given throughout and our purchase was pushed through with the speed we needed, with Gwennan even coming into the office outside of normal hours to help us exchange quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Auction Purchase

Both my wife and I are experienced Landlords owning six properties and we have to date purchased two properties with All Wales Property Auctions .We have found that the whole experience from first point of contact through to viewing property and finally at the auction has been excellent . All the staff are so helpful and provide advice and guidance beyond those expected of many estate agents .We still possess both properties and have had continuous rental income . I would highly recommend the company .

First Time Auction Buyer

The whole experience of buying at Auction was made very simple and straightforward by All Wales Auction. All the information was available in advance. They accommodated my request to view the property of interest on the morning of the Auction without any qualms. Great customer service.
