Right from the beginning the Service was good with a fully explained valuation from Matthew and a prompt, accurate and professional brochure by Jamie. For me the real key is the handling of the sale which can be very stressful and from experience not all estate agents are the same and Williams and Goodwin are excellent at this. They don't just leave it to the solicitors. A special mention to Charlotte who not only managed my sale but was actively chasing all the solicitors and agents throughout the chain and kept my informed.

Previously had my house listed for sale with another agent, decided to switch to Williams and Goodwin. The difference with everything from the photographs, listing and service made it clear that I had made the right decision to switch. After having the house listed with a previous agent for 12 months, after I switched to Williams and Goodwin I had offer accepted quickly after switching, the sale fell through, no fault of Williams and Goodwin. Williams and Goodwin re-listed the property and promptly had another offer which led to a really smooth and efficient sale. If there was an option of 0 start I would not hesitate in choosing. Disgraceful company with very high selling fees for doing absolutely nothing. They are a joke of a company with no transparency over nothing, the manager Emily in the bangor store is cheeky with customers on the phone. Her Customer service is rubbish. I would not recommend no one to go with them when selling and will be advising people in the future not to go with them. We had 3 people waiting to view our house and two of them were private from people that we knew, so we did the viewing, they only did one viewing. We had 3 bids on the house at the same price, they did nothing to try and get us more money, they didn’t even tell the three possible buyers to up their bids as they were the same amount, we had to call them and tell them this. We tried to cancel the contract i. The 14 day cooling off period and make the sale private, but they didn’t want to know. Horrendously is the word for the company and the staff.

I have just completed the sale of a second property in 12 months, through the office of Williams & Goodwin, Holyhead. I have dealt mostly with the manager Matthew Griffin and also with Jamie McInnerney. The first impression when dealing with Matthew has been positive on both occasions. Both properties were very different but I felt each time that I was given an honest and realistic assessment of the properties positive and slightly negative aspect. When these assessments were queried the replies were always considered and patiently given. I always felt Matthew always had my interest at heart and with the information I provided coupled with his expertise in the field, I felt we were working as a team. A reassuring feeling when dealing with assets of high value. There were the inevitable delays in the sale process - not caused by W.& G. - and I was always kept informed about these. I also evidenced the work carried out by Matthew and his colleagues in an effort to speed up the sale process on these occasions. I was pleased with the price obtained for the two properties and would not hesitate to avail of the services of Matthew and his staff if I had cause to sell a property again.
