The professionalism of the staff at Williams-Goodwin (Holyhead) in particular Charlotte is absolutely superb. We were in a very sad situation of having to sell my father's bungalow to support his residential care. Although Jamie and Matthew were also involved, initially with the valuation and photos etc, Charlotte took over the 'case' and made everything run so smoothly. Her tenacity and drive certainly helped make the conveyancing smooth and relatively stress-free. She was continually liaising with both sets of solicitors as well as the Buyers and us. Of course, this was all done in a very professional manner, yet she was also incredibly warm, caring and compassionate especially in such sad situations. A little humour along the way too. Charlotte is an asset to the Team and has totally restored my faith in estate agents. THANK YOU xx

I have just completed the sale of a second property in 12 months, through the office of Williams & Goodwin, Holyhead. I have dealt mostly with the manager Matthew Griffin and also with Jamie McInnerney. The first impression when dealing with Matthew has been positive on both occasions. Both properties were very different but I felt each time that I was given an honest and realistic assessment of the properties positive and slightly negative aspect. When these assessments were queried the replies were always considered and patiently given. I always felt Matthew always had my interest at heart and with the information I provided coupled with his expertise in the field, I felt we were working as a team. A reassuring feeling when dealing with assets of high value. There were the inevitable delays in the sale process - not caused by W.& G. - and I was always kept informed about these. I also evidenced the work carried out by Matthew and his colleagues in an effort to speed up the sale process on these occasions. I was pleased with the price obtained for the two properties and would not hesitate to avail of the services of Matthew and his staff if I had cause to sell a property again. A positive experience and I am very grateful for the professional attitude of the staff and for the work they carried out on my behalf.

Williams and Goodwin Holyhead have been patient throughout, initially listed the property several years back when unfortunately we had to withdraw from the market due to my father's ill health. Second time round they we happy to list again and did an excellent job lining up prospective buyers very quickly. Getting offers within the first week.
Probate and a couple of other issues complicated the sale which took close to 6 months to complete. However G&W were always there and would follow up on any queries I had.
