I was very impressed with the service offered by the Llangefni team... from the word go...each stage of the process was explained carefully and then backed up with clear emails and good communication skills.. Every member of the team came across as welcoming, polite and very efficient at all times .. A. Having purchased a property to let in Anglesey, as I live hundreds of miles away, I decided to get a fully managed service from an Anglesey letting agent. Having found an agent, I quickly became concerned at their lack of pro-activeness and communication. This was a particular concern as I was so far away. I then decided to use Williams & Goodwin, Eluned being my main point of contact. A lot of work needed doing on the property, several months later, it is now ready to let. Eluned has most definitely been proactive and informative in helping me along the journey so far. She has shown a genuine and personal interest in getting the property ready to let. She has also enthusiastically demonstrated her extensive local knowledge and been an invaluable resource for me when researching Anglesey for the best areas in which to get my investment property. The house is going on the market now, knowing that Eluned and her team will be looking after it gives me confidence that it is in safe hands and that the tenants will be looked after.

The Property People have been excellent and have helped me rent my property out since mid 2016. The rate they offered is very competitive and the service has been exemplary. They also are very good at marketing rental properties and as a result my property was rented out at the first time of asking. Everyone I have dealt with in both the Bangor and Llangefni offices have been incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Gwenno from the Llangefni office has been responsible for managing my property and she has been terrific. She was really efficient at getting the property rented out and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. She also gave some really useful advice and if there were any issues she dealt with them very quickly. So far I have been really impressed with The Property People and I would happily recommend them to anyone renting out a property. Keep up the good work! :-)
