The Trusted AgentGwennan goes above and beyond
We bought an auction property; the purchase was handled by Gwennan.
She was helpful, professional and diligent throughout. You don’t normally expect to be so well supported as the buyer, in light of primary care being for the vendor. Gwennan was a star.
I would commend her and her colleagues to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

The Trusted AgentAuction Purchase
Both my wife and I are experienced Landlords owning six properties and we have to date purchased two properties with All Wales Property Auctions .We have found that the whole experience from first point of contact through to viewing property and finally at the auction has been excellent . All the staff are so helpful and provide advice and guidance beyond those expected of many estate agents .We still possess both properties and have had continuous rental income . I would highly recommend the company .

GoogleWorst dealings with estate agents in over 15 years.
Rude , obnoxious catty women with no care about any particular queries you may have once they have secured your offer.
Do yourselves a favour and avoid at all costs - unless you enjoy being patronised!
