The Trusted AgentAbove and beyond
The team at Williams and Goodwin have been fantastic from the moment I first viewed the property to the exchange of contracts. I was kept up to date of all developments and the staff went above and beyond their call of duty on a couple of occasions to support both the sellers and myself. 5 star customer service. Thank you so much!

GoogleMy experience with JLL has been superb! From start to finish I have received continuous support in finding the most perfect property in London. Moving from a small town in Blackpool to the big city was a huge lifestyle change for me! However, JLL has guided me through this process 100% with kindness and positivity. When I met with Amie, one of the agents from JLL, she was a true delight to deal with! And she has made this moving house process so easy. Thank you to the whole team at JLL, you're a pleasure to deal with and I will be recommending you to lots of colleagues and friends of mine. I am very happy.

The Trusted AgentExcellent service.
It has been a pleasure dealing with the Llangefni office. I have just purchased a property post auction. My e mails and calls were responded to within the hour and all of my queries received informative attention. I would without hesitation recommend the Llangefni office of Williams and .goodwin

The Trusted AgentAll Wales Auction North Wales
I have recently sold a property with All Wales Auction North Wales who were very professional from start to finish. Regular communication and updates on the auction process was very much appreciated which kept stress levels to a minimum. Outcome exceeded our expectations. Big thank you goes out to Gwennan for all her reassurace and support. Would definitely recommend.

TrustpilotValuation was requested for my…
Valuation was requested for my property, markedly lower than local average for similar properties, and way off 1st valuation.Interestingly the estate agent across the road from them valued the property at the same ridiculously low value.Did a bit of searching on directors in companies house, well very interested to find that The directors of one estate agency ,had previously been directors for the other across the road ,simply search on the names Williams and Goodwin ie find the directors names.Did they really think I would fall for that old dodgy estate agent trick, the two estate agents working together. They were obviously looking either for a quick sale to boost poor cash flow,or had a “friend” with capital who would buy our property only to sell it straight on later for a much higher price splitting the difference between themselves! Strong advice not to sell your property with these greasy articles.

The Trusted AgentCaring and professional service
Can t say how impressed we have been with the way Sian has guided and helped us throughout the whole process of selling our house, when someone goes that extra mile to make the sale less stressful it makes it so much easier and that is just what Sian did ! Nothing was too much trouble, you are a great asset to Williams and Goodwin and we will certainly come back to you if ever we sell again ,thanks also to all the rest of the staff for being so helpful.
Thank you so much for your 5 star review, it is very much appreciated and it was a pleasure to help you with your house sale. Kind Regards, Sian

The Trusted AgentMostly satisfactory
I found these agents to be helpful and courteous on the whole. However the gentleman showing the property didn't seem to have much background knowledge on the property. My telephone calls were not always returned and there was some confusion regarding completion with blame passed on to my solicitor when it was more the seller's solicitor's fault after my deposit had been transferred. I greatly appreciated the keys being delivered to their office near my workplace.

The Trusted AgentExcellent service
We recently sold our house with Williams and Goodwin and could not fault the service. They called me back when they said they would ans always kept in contact throughout the selling. Emails were answered within minutes of me sending them! Would definitely recommend.

The Trusted AgentAdditional grief provided during a stressful move
Consistently felt let down by W & G throughout the buying process. Unnecessary checks and prying phone calls left me feeling annoyed. Culminating with a completion letter addressed to two (surnames both incorrectly spelt....) disgruntled customers.
