GoogleI am an owner of an apartment in City Point 2 and ever since Urban Bubble became the managing agents, I've found the staff to be both friendly and professional. The City Point 2 development now wants for nothing and is maintained to the highest standards. The Leaseholders have recently received the wonderful news that they are to receive 100% BSF funding for the remediation work on City Point 2. This successful outcome is a reflection of the commitment and dedication that has been shown by Urban Bubble staff who represented the Leaseholders from the start. I have already written to Kaleb and his team, thanking them for their hard work and I would reiterate my gratitude in this post.

GoogleRecently moved in to Freshfields and have found it easy to settle in. The caretaker, Mark, has been very helpful and is very friendly. They do a really good job of keeping the building neat and tidy.

GoogleRecently moved into the Southside development and Urban Bubble have been great so far. Mark and Ste do a great job of cleaning the communal areas and the lobby always smells lovely. They're also very fast and responsive with meter readings, which are often a bugbear when living in flats.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely shocking maintenance company, avoid at all costs. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across, no value for people. Constantly ignore you, don’t try and fix things with any speed, overspend on areas without adequate quotes, expertise are zero. If buying an apartment managed by this company, DO NOT BUY you’ll regret it instantly!!!
