GoogleWe had a few broken things around the flat when we first moved in. We contacted our letting agency and they sent Carl to take a look and fix what was needed. He came back a week later to fix everything, showing us why the mechanisms/parts werenβt working and how he was going to fix it. Very effective, efficient, and a lovely guy to have around.

GoogleReally disappointing experience. Went for a viewing and the agent had no knowledge of the property and couldnβt tell us any information regarding any of the typical questions we had. Luckily, the tenant was there who was able to give us the answers. Then when we tried to move forward with this property we were told we couldnβt live there anyway because there were too many of us. The number of prospective occupants had been known to the agent for 2 weeks prior to this viewing and the agents lack of knowledge or any initiative to find out any information regarding the property was extremely frustrating. It seemed the agent couldnβt be bothered and meant he wasted all of our time and efforts. Then the agent has actively ignored any further enquiries we have had regarding other potential properties.

I am a landlord of a property with the misfortune of choosing to use Urbanbubble for my management company. This company sold their services to me on the premise that they would be efficient and save me the need to worry about my property. They also said it made sense as they operated the service charge and it could be taken pro-rata every month. However, the reality couldn't be further from that. They have very little to actually do, yet have done it all badly, regularly delaying payments to me over the agreed 10 working days, and leaving my tenant without an oven for four months and a washing machine for a similar period. Then when I try to contact them, they rarely get back to me and have calculated the service charge wrongly, or failed to take it, or sometimes taken more than they should. This has happened a dozen times and I've not even been with them for four years yet! Then when I finally cancel because I've had enough of their constant breaches of contract, they have the nerve to charge me Β£480 just for leaving, and say it is in the contract, (which it is, buried at the foot of page 7 of their t&cs). If you are thinking about using these people, please DON'T. Their customer service is appalling too. I'd give less than 1 out of 5 if I could. They are the singularly worst company I have ever dealt with in my 59 years on this planet and I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. AVOID!

GoogleConcierge are so lovely and helpful! The communal areas in the building are always kept so clean and tidy, whenever we have guests they compliment how nice the lobby smells! Lots of events and pop ups aswell x
