I can't fault the service provided by the team. Since they took over our development 2 years ago the turnaround has been amazing. Faults get dealt with quickly and efficiently and they're always quick to respond. Their experience in dealing with builders and the NHBC has also been invaluable. For what's often unglamorous and thankless job, they're always glad to help. I can't recommend them enough.

I had a horrendous experience when the drain under my flat blocked and water came into the property. I had to be relocated to a hotel for five weeks until the property was ready to move back into. Emma and the team truly seemed to appreciate the fact that this was my home and that the situation was distressing and they went out of their way to get everything sorted out as quickly and efficiently as they could. They kept me informed as to what was going on and the contractors they used were excellent. I was very impressed with the service they provided.

Urbanbubble are a innovative and growing company. I have worked with them for 2 years now and found Joey and the team to be supportive and knowledgeable.

Worked with Urban Bubble for a number of years looking after Advent. Although there was lots of work to do at this site they made huge improvements and provided open and honest accounting to all residents. Would highly recommend.

Urban Bubble have been managing Heatley Mere for some years now and I have always found them to be helpful and professional. The job they do is not easy as it entails listening to everyone's problems and responding in the appropriate manner. I would have no hesitation I recommending them to any potential customer.

UB has been managing our building for 4 years and our experience is rather positive. Some areas could be improved for sure but which company doesn't. UB has been gorwing and building on their success and knowing well the market in Manchester, they are one of the best, more importantly, they are willing to listen and improve if you tell them, highly recommended. I have never been so appalled by a tenancy service. I have been living at Norfolk House for 2 months, and I still can't shower after 11pm because they turn the hot water off, they promised the lift will be done in the first few days, it has now been 2 months (baring in mind I live on the 6th floor), they turn off the electricity and water for hours every few weeks and when trying to complain and ask for resolutions, they are rude and unhelpful. If you decide to live in one of their developments expect nothing but disappointment. They are a massive con and will take your money for a rubbish place to live. They can't even organise to put proper signs on each floor (currently have pieces of paper stuck to walls with the floor number on). DON'T EVER LIVE IN NORFOLK HOUSE. It looks nothing like the developers photos and you're just asking to be conned.

We have two properties in Vantage Quay which Urban Bubble has managed for many years. Without exception, they have always provided a first class responsive, service on every level. Their pragmatic approach to resolving issues in a reasonable manner has always stood out, particularly Vanessa Kerwin-Royle. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We deal with them from January unfortunately, we never received an invoice so we have chased them for it, but never received an answer, then in October we receive a letter from their lawyer for an outstanding balance. we disputed this of course as they never replied to our emails and they never sent us an invoice, after 1 month we were chasing for an answer and apologies just by their lawyer finally we received the invoice (printed just 1 week before) with still the wrong references on it..Apart for this another car parked in our parking space, for the first two days they said they cannot help us, but just after an email sent to a manager they replied and start to chase for a parking management, and just after one week the car left our space without consequence of course, because apart for an advise WE left on the car nobody cared and nobody knew who was the owner of the car. I can confirm this is not a good service but a just a waste of time...if you need any help they will never reply, they spoiled, with their totally unprofessional way to work, our pleasure to have a new house….and just for them we’d really like leave the building already
