Just wanted to say how mazing Urban Bubble have been over the past two years running a process to obtain funding from the Government's fund to support the remediation of unsafe cladding. We today received a letter from UB advising that the FULL costs of remedial works will be covered by the fund. This amounts to over £11m for the development Throughout the process UB have held numerous zoom calls and sent continual letters to leaseholders advising them of the process and where we are up to. I have a number of other properties and none of the managing agents have even attempted to provide the level of service that UB have provided. Amazing service from UB and an AMAZING win. Urban Bubble worked tirelessly for the leaseholders of Advent 2 & 3 in Manchester, eventually securing funds from the Building Safety Fund for the remediation work needed on our block. They appointed a specific member of staff to work on the project on our behalf. They kept us up to date with regular zoom meetings.They explained in detail any extra costs that came our way. I have a property at Freshfields and I've recently had a few issues with my tenant. The staff on site, Mark and Steve, have been fantastic in helping me resolve a number of issues. Really approachable, friendly and professional. Nothing was a bother. After an extremely stressful few months trying to get an apartment in Manchester (many people seem to be wanting to move) and struggling to get to them in time, we were left with just a few days before our current tenancy ended. Lewis dealt with our situation and was able to get us through the process within the week we enquired, and we moved in just in time! Lewis was lovely, professional and always chased the referencing company and us to ensure everything got done as quick as possible. After such an uncertain period I couldn’t recommend enough, especially in comparison to other letting agencies we’ve dealt with. borderline criminals taking rent and not giving it to me as a landlord, constantly saying there are 'technical issues' when really i think it is about keeping my money . This company shouldn't exist

Currently buying a house and for some reason urban bubble are named on the lease. They do not manage the property at all but as they are named on the lease we need them to sign a form. It took 2 months for them to get back to us about who they were and what they do... It turns out they do nothing. Now it's been two weeks waiting for a form to be signed. How long does that take! If it is not done within the week we will be homeless as we're moving out of rented accommodation buying our first home. It is unbelievable that this completely useless company has the ability to make me homeless via their utter incompetence.

Genuinely worrying that this company is still running

Moved out of our flats at Local Crescent due to how terrible our experience was with Urban Bubble, to name just a few issues we had;- Had 2x bikes stolen - Urban Bubble wouldn't accept the blame of advertising their bike sheds as 'secure' when they didn't securing lock the doors, and had no CCTV in the car park whatsoever! In total around 25 bikes were stolen from the building in 6 months.- People were living illegally in the apartment next door; who were partying from 1am-5am, doing drugs and having fights - we were advised by Elise from Urban Bubble to call the police as they wouldn't do anything. They actually told Front of House to not support us as they didn't want Urban Bubble being on any paperwork linked to the illegal tenants! So we had to take the matter into our own hands and handle with the police!- They will take weeks to reply to an email or call and are no real help to support you as a tenant whatsoever.- The lifts have been broken in our block for over 8 weeks, so everyone has to use the stairs. My boyfriend had a serious back injury with no way of the paramedics safely getting him to the hospital. The other two blocks are 18 storeys and they have also been broken for weeks on end - (obviously not at all bothered about their disabled tenants.)- Pool constantly broke or 'out of order'-Urban Bubble did not send the relevant email to renew my direct debit, I had to chase to be able to pay my own rent, this took around 3 weeks to sort. They would not provide any bank details for me to send the money, they then stated I had 'late rent payments' when joyfully moving out. I was then charged double for next months rent and therefore was owed £1500 - when asking for the money to be rightfully returned, Urban Bubble explained that it was the Thursday before Good Friday therefore they would have to 'sort it' when they returned on Tuesday. (FYI nobody contacted me and I had to chase this outstanding refund for another few weeks.)- Despite reporting that one of the internal locking systems in the bedroom door had broken as it was cheaply and poorly installed (meaning you could get locked inside the bedroom) nothing was done about this - and now they are trying to charge us for the door lock from our deposit.- The flat was completely spotless when leaving the property but Urban Bubble conduct their own deposit check out reports (not biased whatsoever) and therefore are trying to charge us for slight marks on the wall and to 'clean the washing machine.' Just a standard money grabbing company, who do not care whatsoever about the tenants and their wellbeing.The company is an absolute farce - I wouldn't wish having to deal with Elise, Kerry or Gary on my worst enemy.

Absolutely shocking as far as building management companies go.Accidentally over spent on service charge by£53k Avoid renting or buying under this business at all costs.
