GoogleI’m always mostly in this building because my boyfriend lives here but mark&ste are extremely helpful whatever it comes to(especially with the rubbish as they know it’s hard when I have a 1 year old running around)and they are very polite and friendly, wouldn’t recommend anyone else to ever do this job as it’s enjoyable to come in and see their faces!

GoogleConstant issues with communication and basic maintenance of buildings and flats that they manage. Doors have been unsecured for months on end leading to a spate of burglaries. Living within their buildings has been a nightmare for many residents.

GoogleMy tenants paid rent to Urbanbubble on the 13th October. Thirteen days later Urbanbubble have not paid me. This sort of delay is not unusual. The promised return call yesterday did not materialise. I will be taking the property back from them as soon as I can.

GoogleA whole year of power cuts they never bothered to get fixed/find the cause of. Regularly have to walk through sewage water to get to the car. Most incompetent company I have ever encountered

GoogleAVOID! Wish I had- they haven't resolved an issue with a parking fob for months which means I've had to park my car where it isn't safe and now resulting in a slashed tyre and vandalised car. I pay for a spot with parking but the car park has always been unreliable since I've moved in- issues with the fob, issues with the sensors not letting me out etc etc. They have the audacity to then request a £50 fee for a new parking fob when it's been faulty from the beginning... the worst company out there- do not trust them.

GoogleCurrently living in an apartment block for about 6 months now, the grounds have always been kept in excellent condition by Mark, very friendly. Area is always nicely scented and tidy, very pleased with the results
