Constant issues with communication and basic maintenance of buildings and flats that they manage. Doors have been unsecured for months on end leading to a spate of burglaries. Living within their buildings has been a nightmare for many residents.

Our building has been managed by Urban Bubble for several years, they took over from a property management company that were only interested in fleecing the building lease holders. Our building was one of the first in Manchester to have the cladding replaced due to the major work and effort put in by the Urban Bubble team. Their Property Team led by Charlotte Sleap have carried out an amazing job handling not just the day to day problems of a large apartment block, but also overseeing and advising in our ongoing legal problems with the free holder. I have no hesitation in recommending Urban Bubble and Miss Sleap.

I rented an apartment for one year, and I checked out about 2 months ago, I contacted urban bubble to talk about my deposit, and after half a month they sent me the Check-out Inventory Report and told me to wait for the quotation, and now 2 months passed, I got nothing about the breakdown of charges, although I call them many times and sent several emails, NO ONE gives me to respond! Soooo angry about it, they will never fulfil their promises！

AVOID UrbanBubble are a joke. The management services they offer of apartment buildings is non existent. Our apartment building is regularly without hot water, broken lifts, broken entrances, and all we ever receive is a sub-par apology on an app that they don't actively monitor or respond to tenants on. It's a disgrace that over the past year of living in a building we have had to deal with no hot water for up to 1 week because you choose to be stingy and pay a "preferred contractor" who is unable to do the job properly.

Terrible management company. AVOID! I had issues when they first took over the management of the building as statements were only sent to the address (which I did not live at) and not my email address. They finally sent me an invoice which was too much in one payment for me. They did not reply to emails and were very difficult to communicate with and emails not answered despite trying to resolve the issue and come up with a payment plan. After a complaint was made, to Urbans Bubbles credit, they acknowledged that it was poorly dealt with, and we agreed a payment plan. Therefore, I was happy with the resolution and did not leave a review. Since then, I have made a regular payment every month to cover costs, however service charges have increased considerably, insurance is now not included in the service charge and client admin fees have been added meaning that my regular payment did not cover the costs. I then hear from their lawyers demanding full payment and late charge and legal fees. I contact Urban Bubble to arrange to make payment immediately, but they claim they are not able to discuss the file as it is with their lawyers. Shocking behavior and totally unorganised. Very poor management and it is no shock to see so many bad reviews of Urban Bubble all over the internet.

Decent enough building management, things happen as they should. Costs are however escalating in a slightly alarming manner without any communication as to why... On-site staff at Didsbury Point 4 are top drawer, the regular chap Mark is extremely friendly and takes great care of the building.

Do lots of research on urban bubble before starting a tenancy with them. You'll need to be very aware of your rights as a tenant to be able to get your deposit back from them, as they will do everything they possibly can to avoid paying out. I wasn't able to submit a review with zero stars so that's why they got 1

In particular our concierge Paul Duffen always goes above and beyond in his role, he’s always got a smile on his face, a friendly conversation to be had and will help in any way possible when I have queries.

Generally not too bad however they charge Service Fees in advance and expect payment within a month. Any late payments are promptly referred to the lawyers who will charge fees in addition to the £150 fees which are applied by Urban Bubble. As a Leaseholder for over 10 years, I fell into this trap because I chose to receive email correspondence and did not notice the Final Notice in my inbox. It would be much better if they could send a copy of the Final Notice in the post (even if you have agreed to have email correspondence), to make sure the client has been properly notified. For the time being I have decided to receive all correspondence in the post which will doubtless be more expensive for Urban Bubble.

First rental with UrbanBubble after hearing mixed reviews. Firstly, upon collection of my keys I was waiting an hour. This was after I was able to inform them I was missing certain fobs for the property. Even then, I left with incorrect non-working fobs and had to request those later. To their credit, new fobs were issued within a week but this shouldn't be an issue for a new tennant. Between the fobs, parking and bin access there was zero knowledge on the property. Secondly, an issue with my window not being able to be opened was pointed out when I moved in and was told would be fixed. It's now been over 2 months and still not been fixed after multiple chases. I've chased Elena multiple times and while I don't believe it's her fault, I've been blanked by her on two seperate occasions now.
